The food took 3 HOURS to get to me and…

The food took 3 HOURS to get to me and they lied about it. I called in multiple times and they told me the food was on the way when it wasn’t. Then when they finally got here they lied about it and said i only ordered 45 min ago when it really was 3 hours. Worst service ever.

I used to order there for a resonable…

I used to order there for a resonable sushi.
But it all changed.

reason:
Tuna is more gray then red with no fat or tast.
The fish is so small cut that it hardly covers the rice.
Sweet water shims so small I wonder if they had time to grow.
In some cases I could see the rice through the fish.

I founf out that it is not possible anymore to set a review on thuisbezorgd, why they keep the old reviews you could ask?

I called the shop, they tolled me that I could file a complaint at their website. This was not possible too..,

Be warned I would say.

Good sushi

I've ordered a couple times now. Quality is good. They take my wishes into consideration. Had some variation in quality first, but after I put in the comment what I would like (soft avocado, the spice sauce on the magura roll) they have been consistent with the quality. I really enjoy the sushi!

The worst experience in a long time

The worst experience in a long time. I ordered a small order of 18 pieces of sushi, and it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes. I stood outside my door for 20 minutes and then called the restaurant, where I was met by the rudest woman who claimed their delivery person had been by my door many times and called me. I was met with lies and excuses. She scolded me and said it was my fault. Worst service in a long time. After 1 hour and 30 minutes and 4 calls to the restaurant, I finally got my food, which also turned out to be of terrible quality. NEVER COMING BACK AND CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Hayai sushi doesn’t refund for not delivering

On this date 16/06 (Sunday) made a order at Hayai Sushi online but I didn’t not received my order and I got a call from a employee saying that it was closed. And he told me that I would get my payment back on my account but I didn’t receive yet.
I called the place already 5x and sent a email as they requested and still didn’t received my refund.

Satisfying

I did a mistake on the dutch application and chose to do a take away instead of doing a delivery. I called them and they kindly send a delivery for me. Thank you to them for beeing so fast !

The food is also good :)

Waited 3,5 hours for my food while they did not allow me to cancel

Ordered a poke bowl, which I have done a few times before. Had some issues with previous deliveries being a little late (+1 hour), but the quality is good so that’s why I keep ordering there. Today, my food was 3,5 hours late. I tried calling them multiple times to cancel my order but I couldn’t reach them every time. Eventually, after 3 hours I talked to one of the employees and told him I wanted to cancel the order + a full refund. He only wanted to offer me a discount for the next order, to which I said no. After demanding a full refund a couple more times, he simply said the food was on it’s way now and hung up on me. One of the worst customer services I have experienced. How can it be expected that I still want my food after three hours of waiting (mind you it is already 21:30 in the evening), even after trying to cancel multiple times??? Thanks Hayai sushi, will never order from you again and will make sure my friends won’t either

Ordered multiple times from this…

Ordered multiple times from this restaurant but never again. The food is always late and not 5 minutes late but sometimes even 1-2 hours late. Today I ordered more than an hour early and the food was still half an hour late.

When I called the restaurant to ask if they know when my food will be delivered they have no idea and the staff is unfriendly. They even get irritated by me calling them. They just cut you off and hang up the phone.

Besides the food always arriving late and the bad service the food is also not really good. It seems like the food isn’t fresh. The pokebowls are a bit small and the dumplings and ebi tempura were cold. I also didn’t get chopsticks.

I normally don’t like to write bad reviews so I always speak to the restaurant first but since they just hang up the phone I think it is fair to leave my opinion here.

The food was great!

The food was great! I had some of the warm food myself and even at delivery it was pretty warm. The crisp of the Crispy box was just right. You just earned yourselves a returning customer.

12€ for a bowl of rice

Pokebowl was a quarter of an avocado and a spoonful of fried tuna on top of rice, and a very small bowl too. The tempura eby roll was soggy and basically with no avocado in.

Unfortunately, it overall felt like a total waste of money.
