Cheap products at a premium price, they look good but most certainly they are not durable. We purchased a kettle and a toaster, The kettle leaked after two years and the toaster gave up simultaneously, lever handle broke off and would not stay depressed.
I’m absolutely in love with Hayden! Every piece I’ve purchased is uniquely crafted and stunning. Their customer service is exceptional—any issue I’ve had for any reason was fixed quickly and made like brand new. They’re incredibly supportive, and I highly recommend them. You should believe me when I tell you that once you try on Hayden’s pieces there is no going back, I’ve been wearing the mira necklace on each and every outfit i wear for the past two month and it still looks brand new, and one thing I never experience with any other brand except with Hayden is that their service doesn’t end when you pay them, they have a never ending service, whenever something happens to my pieces even if it’s my fault they don’t hesitate to resolve everything for me, even their luxurious packaging smells AMAZING! I would like to thank the team in charge and their customer service! I bought a piece for my girlfriend as gift * when they knew it’s a gift they added a cardholder as a gift as well * few months later the piece got damaged when we traveled when I contact them for a chance to repair it and I’m ready to pay. They didn’t take a penny from me and they repaired with zero cost and received it like a brand new piece.
A honest review for a small business they really deserve it
I bought a top 4 months ago. Still has not arrived. Initially the customer service people responded (i asked for either delivery of the product or money back) but then they stopped responding altogether and ignoring my requests. Appalling treatment of customers. It is an expensive product. On top of it - I am a repeat customer. The prior item did arrive - but with huge delay. I should have known. Avoid.
