Fast and efficient intercontinental delivery and great product!
The transport to the USA was fast and efficient, and the HayMax is brilliant! No fancy chemicals, simply a sticky barrier that works like a charm. Although the transport costs are a bit steep, the price is still well below what local stores ask for. (Amazon $17,95, from you directly £8.49 = $11.17 as of today.)

I’ve been using the Lavender HayMax every night for a couple of weeks and am delighted with it. It smells gorgeous and is quite soothing last thing at night. I’m perimenopausal and so haven’t been sleeping great for a while. I’ve noticed an improvement since I’ve been using this even though i am using it for the hay fever (could be a coincidence but I’m enjoying it!). I notice when my hayfever is playing up that I wake up very sneezy and with a runny nose. I haven’t had those symptoms in the last couple of weeks. Definitely worth trying HayMax as part of your collection of hayfever remedies!

Hay Max really helps
Hay Max really helps with your hayfever, the Frankenstein flavour was my favourite but the dog ate it ! The dog was fine, not even sick so a credit to the quality of ingredients used. I would recommend haymax, keep a tub in your pocket when you are out do you can re apply if you need too.

The best organic anti-Allergy cream
I have been suffering a lot from allergies for over a year and had multiple visits to the ent specialist giving me unnecessary antibiotics, Allergy tablets and nasal sprays- I was so tired of the chemicals that i just luckily stumbled upon HayMax. I am in love for it- and so grateful to this cream that it has returned my life back. Totally trustworthy.

I am so sorry you’re disappointed with the best before date - and I totally understand it, too!
This happens because we sell the product through much faster through Boots than we do on our website - so the stock is older.
I see you bought Frankincense which is my favourite, but is not as popular for some reason, so it sells through the slowest of all. The good news is that I am using a frankincense pot with a best before of 2022 - so it will last a long time, especially if you keep it in the fridge till you’re ready to use it.
And if that doesn’t make you happier I will refund you.
We are not here to tip you off but to help. If you’re not happy you can have your money back.

Feeling cheated
Feeling cheated! Ordered my haymax from one of your stockist. The small container is just that… when I turned it upside down I discovered the contents are even smaller! That is because the bottom is inverted by half the container’s size! Is this necessary? It’s deceptive.

I’m so sorry you feel cheated. I will refund your money if you still feel cheated after reading this. When we started the business we used cute pots which we could only source in Germany. We then found a local supplier in the Uk. We then discovered that the the German pots had liners in so what looked like a 10 ml pot actually had 5 ml in. The new pots had the indentation in the bottom which you have noticed. Since we had built all the packaging around the German pot which was the same external size as the new British pot we went with it. We felt it was more honest as you can see clearly the real size of the pot whereas the original inner pot was hidden.
And then we moved from oil based plastic to sugar cane material, using up CO2 instead of producing it. At the same time we reduced the amount of material used by over 50%. And now all the packaging is recyclable at the roadside. That made the indentation in the bottom of the pot even more pronounced.
It says 5 ml on the box and it does contain 5ml. And it lasts ages so it works out better value than many other remedies for hayfever.
So it’s a bit of a story how we got to this point, but I hope you can see that it was all driven by positive motivation.
We are a small business and we care about the planet, our reputation and our customers. We don’t make excessive profit - in fact we only just make a profit at all. And we are a corporate sponsor of Allergy UK, the main UK charity involved in allergy.
