Really pleased with this company, I managed to order stuff from them I couldn't find elsewhere. Also, I ordered 19th Dec at 23:30 and my order arrived on 24th Dec! I was really pleased as I didn't think it'd arrive until after Christmas. The order arrived well packaged too.

Rik from HayPigs.com has been extremely helpful in resolving an unusual issue with a damaged in transit situation. He arranged for an instant replacement and was extremely lovely about it all. I was grateful for the feedback and help given with my new young guineapig with a problem with mites. Having had many piggies in the past I was grateful when Rik helped confirm my intuition about how to proceed with Spot On treatment, little one now clear and happy.

Great website! They sell a variety of products for guinea pigs and rabbits - some are unique to their site, like their piggy nom-noms - always a hit with my 3 rabbits.
The products are brilliant, often handmade with top ingredients and the site definitely emphasises animal care/enrichment, but also fun, which, for me, sets them apart.
I can definitely highly recommend this site and I will be a returning customer for many years to come, especially for the piggy nom-noms.
