No transparency, no accountability.
If there was a zero, I'd give it. After following the rules, applying more than a month in advance, the website was 'stuck' until the last couple of days. finally, one agent suggested a different route but then gave the wrong advice on how to attach a document. Result? countless hours on the phone ($150 phone bill), and $1505 change fees. For following their advice. I have multiple emails apologizing for their own website's failure to update due to a 'technical issue'. And there's no higher authority or CEO or anyone with whom to share the feedback for training and improving.
