I ordered noise cancelling earphones that can help with snoring partner and titanites (ringing in ears). I received basic blue tooth earphones with zero noise cancelling function.
TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a $27 T-shirt that supposed to have said. Just Did it!!! With my grandsons Last name on it which is Couch. I received the shirt today and the name on it is Hamm so now I have to go and find a shirt for his graduation.

This company is a scam me. I purchased a bar of Wart soap they aren’t answering my emails and have sent plenty. Am file a complaint with the BBB. This is ridiculous

I order this insoles call Bounce Boost insoles on 2/5/24 and I still have not received them I-ordered 6 pairs spent a little over $ 60 on it , I left sent several emails since this last Wednesday 2/21/24 and today is 2/23/24 still no response back - I am still hoping that it comes before I have to dispute this with my bank and then report them too - so hopefully it comes here soon and I get what I order with the correct sizes too and then I might give them a better rating but I am very disappointed with them for now

I rate you zero because the white hair darkening soap is a chemical acid. I'm in serious pain right now after using the soap for a week. My neck burnt front and back starting from my ears down to the neck because of water dropped during washing my hair. I need my money back. The white hairs are still there, I can't turn my neck right or left because of pains. If you need a picture, I will be glad to upload right here. People should stay clear from this harsh chemical. I do not know what i will use to clean the burnt. I'm seriously in a mess and looking tatard. Refund my money back. Ban this product please

I agree with everything else said on here....I was sent the wrong product and they refused to do anything about it and were very very rude and often did not reply at all. I spent over £50 with them and the product I received was totally inferior to what I ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Scammers, thieves! I ordered a product, they sent me something different. After much back and forth, they made me believe that they were sending me the correct product plus a 20% refund. I actually only got the 20% refund and no replacement. God made a place for people like this.

Don't order from this firm.
They send you some others products.. Totally different what you ordered..

Ordered a product and a far inferior product was sent that I could have bought for half the price. DO NOT order from these scam artists! I have requested a refund and if they don't do it, I will cancel the transaction with my credit card company

They sent me a tinnitus ear laser set which doesn't work at all, even when plugged in. I read these reviews too late. And realise now I won't get my money back. Seems they're a scam company 'selling' defective products to trusting buyers.

such a scam-product that came in 2 month was different than on the photos-absolutely unrecognizable,with only chinese packaging and only chinese letters on-customer service first unresponsive,but after writing complaint every day,finally responded in extreme arrogant way,solving nothing-lost money,time,got nothing.do NOT fall for this.

sent the wrong product and should be banned for selling disgusting company they have my money £24 and dont reply to my emails ! I sent a picture of the wrong item and still nothing !

I ordered 3 items from them and I haven't received any of them they told me they had been delivered on 15th of march bi didn't get them they are ignoring my emails now they are a scam company they took my money and I have nothing to show for it don't buy from them

Not even a one star......I placed an order for various items to the value of $180.....The company without giving a reason or even notifying me cancelled my order. I only found out that my order had been cancelled when I asked them for a tracking number. I was then told that I would receive a refund within 2 - 4 weeks that was in January it's now May and still nothing. I sent at least 7 emails asking for my refund and not one of my emails has been responded to. This company should not be selling anything online, they steal your money or you get sent the wrong items or they take your money and don't send you anything at all and then just ghost you.

They shipped me the wrong device they sent me a snoring device for which I did not order I ordered a beauty V face device and when I sent them a picture and an email showing them they sent me the wrong device they sent me an email back saying they sent the correct item and then never did anything after that. I will never purchase again

Wrong item received. Contacted them and sent photos of the item received. They are adamant they have sent the correct item, but they have not. Now they are ignoring my emails. Would never buy from them again

Placed order last year December 2022. Over 2 months later I still have not received it. They kept telling me to be patient, now that I am asking for a refund, they do not reply. As far as I am concerned, they are a scam!

Worst product and worst customer service ever. The it was the cheapest made non working stuff ive ever received from any company. I lost my money and got nothing but garbage. Don't waste your money here.
