I have been coming to see Hazel for many years now. I have visited her at both her London and Claygate clinic, where I have had semi-permanent make up on my eyebrows. I am always delighted with the result, as they look so natural. Hazel will always do exactly what you ask, is very professional, thorough and explains everything to you, all the while making you feel at ease. Having a procedure done like this, requires that you are fully able to trust the person doing it – I do! And would never go anywhere else. I can’t recommend Hazel enough.

I decided to try semi permanent eyebrow tattooing at the Claygate salon. I was already aware that I was in safe hands as I was familiar with Hazels incredible work from Harrods London.
The consultation was very thorough and we talked about my desired outcome and what I could expect from my new brows. It’s important to have a follow up appointment around 6 weeks after the initial treatment.

Hazel spent plenty of time mapping out my new brows. I have quite healthy brows but I wanted a bit more dept to them. I was happy with the way Hazel didn’t rush this process and kept showing me in a mirror so I could say if I wanted any tweaks.
We then chose the colour for by brows and this was done by seeing a few choices against my natural skin tone.

The treatment itself didn’t take too long and I couldn’t feel much discomfort due to the anesthetic cream which was applied prior.

At first the brows look quite intense but if you follow the advice for homecare then rest assured after a few weeks the intensity fades and the brows look brilliant.

I had my follow up treatment as required and after this session I was thrilled with my brows. No need for make up or tinting as I’d had to do previously. The result was natural enhanced brows. I don’t think I could go without semi permanent brows now as they do save me so much time in the mornings and I could never draw them as accurately and precise as Hazel.

The salon at Claygate is very clean and the staff are all helpful and professional.

Hazel herself is a dream. So calm and just amazing at her job. You can tell she has so much passion and enjoys the work.

Hazel has been doing my eyebrows for over 10 years, she is uber professional taking time to ensure that I am fully happy with the result. Hazel is my SP makeup artist of choice since 2015. Having inherited quite unfortunate eyebrows from my dad (and his dad), “drawing on” eyebrows every day, and sometimes even multiple times per day, became standard procedure for me. However, on warm days or after going for a swim, the visible presence of eyebrows was not always guaranteed and I became tired of carrying a mirror and pencil with me every day. So I considered to get SP makeup. After some consideration, I REALLY wanted to get SP eyebrows. But it took a lot of research to find a person I would trust to leave their mark in my face. After reading reviews about Hazel, however, I was convinced I would be in good hands – and she proved me right. I was a nervous wreck before the first appointment, but she patiently answered all my questions, took a lot of time to work out the shape and colour of the eyebrows and asked me for feedback at every step of the process. The result was fantastic – just as I always wanted my eyebrows to look like. People I talked to never assumed anything about them would be “fake” – they look completely natural, and I get regular compliments. I had a top up 6 weeks later, and yearly touch ups due to oily skin until we found the perfect pigments that even lasted through the many months of Covid lockdowns without fading. Even though I am quite the crybaby when it comes to the tattooing process itself, I will come back for my now less regular top ups. The few minutes of pain are definitely worth the result.

I've been seeing Hazel Diamond since 2015 for semi-permanent treatment for my eyebrows and upper and lower eyelids. Hazel's incredibly calm and approachable, investing time and patience during the consultation, carefully measuring my eyebrows, and customising colours that flatter my complexion. More importantly, I have complete faith in her professional ability. She has an artistic eye for colour and shape. The results always look fabulous. I see it as an investment in my wellbeing. I don't have to worry about how I look when I leave the house, or when I'm on holiday. I highly recommend Hazel Diamond.

After researching various websites offering this service, it was Hazel’s webpage that impressed me the most. It conveyed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of micro pigmentation.
Since my initial procedure some years ago, I continue to visit Hazel annually for top-up eyebrow treatments. Hazel always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable during these sessions. Prior to starting the procedure, she offers suggestions and discusses options regarding shape and colour, taking into account facial features, skin tone and hair colour. She is very thorough and meticulous in her work and fully explains the processes throughout the procedure and also gives concise information about the aftercare.
I am always delighted with the end result. My eyebrows now define my features and give me more confidence in my appearance.

I first went to Hazel Diamond for semi-permanent eyebrow treatment, as mine were becoming more sparse and I was unhappy with the way they looked. This was six years ago and I have been delighted with the results - my eyebrows look very natural and I have returned regularly for top-up treatment since then. I was most impressed with Hazel’s attention to detail and the fact that she checked that I was happy at every stage of my treatment before proceeding. I have recommended Hazel to many of my friends, who have all been very happy with the results and I will continue to do so. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone considering semi-permanent make up - she is definitely the best.

Growing up I plucked my eyebrows to the point that as an adult I have had to draw them on every time I left the house. After extensive research and an amazing word of mouth review I decided to give Hazel Diamond a go. Before the appointment I was extremely nervous as I hadn't done anything similar before. There was no need! Hazel was amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the procedure and the aftercare so that I totally understood. She also keeps in contact after the appointments to check up - which is wonderful for future questions I have had. My eyebrows are not only amazing but Hazel took the time so that the colour and shape are individualized to fit me perfectly. I have been visiting Hazel for several years, following our first meeting at Harrods, to have my eyebrows tattooed which I felt was necessary as they were uneven and would not grow after years of plucking them. Initially there was a detailed consultation with Hazel who explained everything that was going to be done and what aftercare was necessary. Following the consultation the procedure was carried out and I was extremely happy with the care and skill shown by Hazel, and the final result was amazing as I had eyebrows again and, not only that, they were level! I was so pleased with my eyebrow treatment that I subsequently had semi permanent eyeliner tattoo and lip liner. Both were carried out with the same care and attention that I received when having my eyebrows tattooed, and when the lip liner was undertaken Hazel corrected a previous tattoo I had done abroad, which had been applied too darkly, by managing to lighten the line, which was amazing, and I am very pleased with the final results. By having these semi permanent procedures it has made a positive difference to my appearance making my eyes and lips look more shapely but in a subtle way that looks so natural. Also, it has made my life easier as my make up procedure is much quicker and easier - a quick brush of mascara, lipstick and I am ready to go! Consequently, I have no hesitation in recommending Hazel Diamond to anyone looking to enhance the look of their eyes and lips and enjoy not having to spend time applying lengthy make up processes to get the same effect.

I used Hazel for my eyebrows, I spent a long time finding the right person to do this as I wanted my brows to look perfect and not too over the top. Hazel has superb attention to detail and pays real attention to the structure of your face and how the brows should sit and look naturally. I am so impressed with the way she has colour matched to both my skin tone and my hair colour perfectly. Hazel always takes her time and never rushes anything and her aftercare and checking in with you is fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I’m so glad I found somebody who is so artistic and who is able to create such a natural look.

Hazel is utterly brilliant in all ways and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and confident in your treatment. Her attention to detail is insane (I personally love watching her shape the brow outlines with her protractors) and her work speaks for itself. I’ve had comments over the years on how natural they look and they would never know I even filled them in with an eyebrow pencil let a known had them micro bladed. I love waking up knowing I can grab a shower and not have to fuss with my brows and even if I don’t fancy wearing make up that day, it doesn’t matter because of how natural and good they look. I would argue the treatment I’ve received from Hazel has improved my appearance but more evidentially, it’s boosted my confidence in the way I look.

Believe me, as a person who just happened to luckily stumble across Hazel; I can assure you she is the very best in the business and you will never find better!
