Excellent service from Craig and Cain over two days of using their service. Fantastic customer service and communication though out, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend anyone to use them.

Still havn’t received the item after 2 weeks.
Having been in contact with Tom the item was delivered the next day as promised.
The problem was the delivery company and not the supplier

Tom College who collected the fridge freezer was really nice and dealt with the matter very quickly.

Ordered a cut off IBC container and it's pretty scruffy. Looks like the top has been hacked off with a blunt hand saw. Not how it looked on the website. Would recommend buying a full one and cutting it yourself if you don't want wavy jagged edges.
I gave them a chance to rectify but they told me I could return it at my own expense if I wasn't happy.
Also came 5 days later than scheduled, after having to chase the company several times and contact the courier directly.
