After finding Le Filla All-In-One filler in our cupboard after our contractor had left, I could not find the "part 2" of the All-In-One, and wasn't sure what I'm supposed to mix this with, so I phoned up the company. Andy, who answered the phone, kindly sent me the "part 2", to complete what I have at home, so that I was able to continue fixing the ceiling. He also gave me the instruction as to how much paste I should mix - to get the best result. The "part 2" arrived, with a candy and a smiley!!! I really did not expect this at all and his kindness really made my day! Thank you so much.

Have used a variety of fillers & this product is by far the easiest in terms of smooth application. Used similar priced/spec fillers which found too coarse & lumpy. I went with white, sands to a brilliant smooth finish & virtually no sagging even with thicker applications in bigger holes. Will only use this product in future,
