Air BnB hosts dream - an excellent service
I called herne bay domestics on Thursday after my air BnB fridge freezer stopped working
They came Friday and I needed a new appliance as it was irreparable. They had what I wanted in stock and are removing the old one and delivering and installing the new one on Saturday. A great service. I live two hours away so this service is what I need as an air BnB host and. I will definitely buy future appliances if needed.

Dave and Chip were very efficient
Dave and Chip were very efficient. The installation of the new cooker presented them with unexpected problems re gas supply, electric connection and fitting it into the space. They definitely went the extra mile in adjusting the fitted cupboards to allow the cooker to be flush against the wall.

This is my third purchase from HB Domestics, even though I have a local outlet I found this company to be highly efficient, honest and professional. Matt gave good advice on the phone as to how to open my old locked machine. Chip and Dave arrived on time and were able to install the new washing machine with no snags. They were a great team! Amazing service
This was the first time I used Herne Bay Domestics and I am delighted with everything. I found it very easy to speak to staff members by telephone. Thank you very much Rob and Andy! I was given all the help I needed with choosing products and felt as though everything would be sorted out. Needed a new washing machine fast as…
Needed a new washing machine fast as old one had broken down mid wash cycle. I searched all the usual appliance suppliers but Herne Bay Domestics were the only company that a) had what I wanted in stock and b) could deliver the next working day with a timed booked slot. Their friendly and efficient delivery team were on time and installed the new machine and disposed of the old one very quickly indeed. The price was good too. Can't fault them

Fantastic from beginning to end
Washing machine stopped working and engineer attended within 24 hours.
Machine was dead (damage was shown and explained to me)
New one ordered and paid for there and then, delivered and plumbed in the following day.
Engineer and delivery staff very polite and respected my property.
I will definitely use Herne Bay Domestics in the future.
