Bought the necklace for my nieces birthday and she loves it. Very easy to place your order and customer service response is excellent, very helpful. Will be ordering again.

Amazing just as described

Ordered 3 fresh water pear necklaces on thin chains for my bridesmaids and they loved them. I wish I had ordered one for myself too! Delivered on time

amazing - so many options and the quality is gorgeous - i like how its not really bulky like a lot of personalised things - will definitly return xx

HBD Jewellery supplied an excellent service. From ordering online to receipt of the item it was a seamless and very easy procedure. The item when it arrived was beautifully packed and arrived well within the timeframe I was given. I unreservedly recommend this company to anyone wanting a great service and product.

I purchased a necklace back in January which unfortunately the chain had recently snapped. I contacted them to see if it was possible to repair as it had been over 6 months. I got a very speedy response via email advising they could replaced the chain for a small fee of £12 I sent this back to repair and received the necklace back two days later looking brand new. Ben was very helpful who I had spoken to and I am very pleased with how the necklace looks as it is very sentimental

Gorgeous jewellery I am on my second necklace I had my two children’s names and wear every single day

Gorgeous personalised necklace! I got this as a gift for my friend and it’s so delicately made and beautifully packaged.

I bought an Arabic name bracelet as a gift and the quality was beautiful. There were many customisation options making it feel much more personable than other sites. Happy with my purchase!

Beautiful necklace. Delivery was abit longer than expected.

It’s always a bit of a gamble buying from a picture, especially when it’s an important gift but the little bear that l ordered really exceeded my expectations. It was well packaged, not squished in at all and the quality was excellent. The plaque was clearly printed and on robust material, the bear itself was soft and fluffy, with cute eyes. Definitely value for money and will use this company in the future.

I have purchased 2 necklaces before from this company, I ordered a third for a friends birthday present. Through no fault of their own, during delivery the item was stolen and posted empty. I reached out and explained my situation, within 3 days I had a replacement personalised item. I could not be happier with the service from this brand, the jewellery also I have owned for 8 months and wear daily & is still in perfect condition. I would not hesitate from ordering from this place. The jewellery also is gorgeous.

I highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again. ✨

The product arrived in good time, nicely packaged and was beautiful. I was very pleased with the bracelet quality and design. It was a graduation gift for my daughter and she was delighted to receive it.

I highly recommend Hbd Jewellery. I bought a beautiful personalized bracelet. Super-fast delivery and a wonderful result. There was a minor issue to clarify afterward regarding the correct “fit,” and Hbd Jewellery provided outstanding service and promptly resolved the issue. Direct contact—fast, helpful, and very friendly. Plus, great value for the price. I highly recommend this seller! Thank you for my beautiful bracelet!
