I had to involve lawyers
I had the urgency to change my old bed and on Nov 8th I ordered a bed said to be delivered in 1 week. It took them almost a month to deliver it... Aside from that, the product was the wrong color, poor quality and had visible stains. I immediately reached customer service by phone and email, one of them was completely rude unprofessional, saying (in a mocking tone) things like¨: "you can´t return a bed" and "I have orders of 10k €" impliying my 1.3k€ purchase was insignificant. As of today 04Jan26 I´m still waiting for them to come pick it up and refund me, but they just offer a replacement which I do not want, therefore they havenot set any day or take significant action because "a refund is not possible". I had to involve lawyers because the 14 days withdrawal period expired due to their lack of resolve. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. Customer service after the sale is terrible. And if you already made a purchase and they're already giving problems, don´t hesitate to get legal advice.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We regret to hear that you found the process unpleasant and would like to clarify our perspective on the situation.
At the time of delivery, you informed us that stains were unfortunately found on the foot end of the bed and that you believed the bed had been delivered in the wrong color. We investigated this internally and were able to confirm and demonstrate that the bed was delivered in the exact color as ordered and confirmed in your purchase.
Following your report, we immediately offered to replace the affected or soiled parts at no cost, so that the bed would fully meet your expectations. Unfortunately, you chose not to accept this proposed solution.
Throughout the process, we made several attempts to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. We regret that the solutions offered were not acceptable to you, despite our willingness to resolve the issue within the applicable terms and conditions.
We remain open to constructive dialogue and are still willing to discuss possible solutions.
