HBHM CBD oil helps.
Experiencing PTSD symptoms, with which I cope, but do not wish to use any of the medications, that in the past have been essential. I have found that regular use of this product has helped with sleep patterns and concentration during the day. HBHM has a good, clear website that makes this high quality product easy to purchase and affordable.

I’ve been using HBHM CBD for around 6 weeks consistently (around 1ml each evening) and the results have been incredible.
I have a busy job and an intensive running training programme which are both made more challenging by having twins of almost 3 years.....so sleep has always been a challenge!!
HBHM CBD has massively relieved my sleep anxiety and helped me reach deep sleep a lot quicker. This has been instrumental in allowing me to continue my training and working hard...with a good quality of life outside this.

I’ve been a user of CBD on and off for a couple of years, it actively contributes to my improved sleep and overall recovery. I tend to fall off the CBD wagon as a result of the taste of the product, HBHM has changed this.... highly recommend the Cherry & White Peach drops and I look forward to trying out the Natural flavour in the future. The drops have a big impact on improving my sleep quality, I’ve noticed a reduction of my wake time during the night from ~60mins down to ~30mins since I introduced HBHM. I was excited to read that HBHM is carbon neutral and this was even further backed up by the drops arriving safe and sound but in minimal packaging, great to see!!

Pros:
- Cool branding and nice bottles (if this is important to you)
- Good value, especially in the current lockdown sale
- Carbon neutral and transparent about their ingredients, philosophy etc

Cons:
- Unfortunately they use CBD Isolate, but at least they're transparent about this fact and don't try to hide it
- CBD Isolate is known in the CBD community as being the "lowest grade" of CBD, and very cheap to produce
- CBD users nearly always find that it's more effective when taken alongside naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes in a broad spectrum oil - any Google search will tell you this

I've been suffering from OA in my knee for a decade and have been through courses of painkillers, anti-inflammatory medication and physiotherapy without any success. My knee joint had limited movement and I was constantly in pain. The pain was at its worst when I went to bed. The pain was a relentless toothachey pain that would wake me throughout the night and stop me getting back to sleep. I had trouble walking, had to stop all sporting activities. It was affecting my life in many departments.

I purchased your CBD oil and took my first 1ml dose on Monday 4th January at 6pm. That night I had no pain in my knee and slept all night. I have had absolutely zero pain every night since then (taking a 1ml dose per day). I very quickly got back full movement in my knee joint. I can fully straighten and bend my leg with no pain or tightness whatsoever. It's not just reduced my symptoms, my knee is 100% completely normal. I ran with my 8 year old son the other day for the first time.

Your product has quite simply changed my life!
