First class service
I was looking for a certain item that was out of stock everywhere but Henley Bridge has a restock notification system which I used. As soon as this item was back stock they notified me. Order placed and dispatched immediately, arriving very quickly! Top service and very prompt.

DHL delivery service glad i can track…
DHL delivery service glad i can track it but they left my delivery at another home which luckily they took a photo so i could see where to go but how did the driver manage to ring the buzzer to my flat but still took it to the wrong floor and flat ?

My business is that of a Coffee Roaster, but I also sell top-end Chocolate in retail bars. My first purchases with HB Ings was of the Grenada Chocolate , and when that supply stream ended, we switched to the successor from Madagascar- Chocolat Robert.
I have always been impressed by the speed of being recognised, and the efficiency of the deliveries.
Keep on keeping on, HBI - I do , at 80 years of age , still running a business.

ONLY PROBLEM WAS WITH DHL - NOT HENLEY BRIDGE
Goods were dispatched quickly, as promised. Only problem was with DHL delaying delivery, which is no fault of Henley Bridge.
