The products are good and really works, but the communication is horrible. You can't call and actually talk to a person and if you email them IF they email you back it's weeks later. I am terribly upset to the fact that I have 3 orders that I have paid for over a month ago and has yet received a tracking number. Whenever someone finally responds to my emails they never answer my questions. It's just really frustrating when you have paid near $600 for products and haven't even received an tracking number because it hasn't been sent for delivery and your emails are not helpful to your questions. 😒

During year 2020, I tried to buy HBN products but the shipping and delivery took more than 3 months to reach me (maybe due to Covid19) so I stopped ordering for quite a while already.
So my account got deactivated, all my links are down and my active downlines now automatically go to my upline.
I don’t think this is a viable networking business. The company HBN does not give a consideration towards the hard work 😓 distributors have previously put in.

Some of the best cbd products i've ordered so far. Their coffee product is the bomb, and excellent pet products as well. Good stuff

They may have some good products, but the customer service is a joke. The company will not even respond to to questions about defective/empty product received, much less give a refund or replacement. Update: after several days, the company finally responded and ultimately sent me a product replacement.
