AVOID - MISLEAD BEFORE BOOKING - Before booking I asked if I could book a pick up at the same time as a drop, I explained I was moving in the same week and needed access to my drive for the removal team, it was confirmed by a lovely lady that this is possible and she confirmed it would be collected on the Tuesday. After booking and paying over the phone I rand the next day confirmed my booking for drop off and collection and a different gentleman confirmed it was due for pick up on Tuesday. Following Thursday, skip is still there, I am now being told it will still be 3-5 days so cannot get the removal van on my drive to move.
