Pharmacy Savings plan is a joke

I never got to use the medical plan. Rather the pharmacy savings plan (NCE Rx) provided to me with the health plan was a joke. Upon visiting my local pharmacy with the NCE Rx savings card, she literally told me that it did not provide any real savings over the pharmacy cash price. When I called NCE Rx, I only got passed around from one phone number to another for about 7 days. I even completed the contact form on their website. No one, including the NCE Rx agent who emails me a receipt when they charged my credit card, ever called me to provide assistance or answer my questions.

Disappointed/Lied to....

I am very upset because I feel like I was scammed out of almost $700! Christian was the first agent I worked with and quoted me a price of $340 initially for what I thought would be covered. When I emailed and called her set up insurance, she never called back. I called again and worked with Valerie. When I confirmed coverage, I found out it wasn’t correct. The new quote of course jumped to $529! I need insurance for my daughter and I and for what we needed, I agreed.

She sent over signature papers at least 4 times and the 2nd time when I could actually open the email, I questioned the amounts and fees. She adamantly said that it was just a list of different plans and I didn’t need to worry. I verified with her that I would only be paying $529 on Friday and she said yes. I asked her to send me a before description of the coverage on the plan before I paid and she told me she wanted to lock me into the rate and I could cancel at any time. A welcome email would be sent BEFORE explaining coverage. That was a lie. I wanted to review the coverage and couldn’t understand why she couldn’t send the email before hand like Christian did.

This morning my card was debited for $555 PLUS $112 that I know nothing about! I will be calling them first thing when they open requesting my money back. This was not done correctly AT ALL.

Now my daughter has to go without insurance and medications because of this. I’m livid!

Excellent customer service

I was apprehensive at first but Diane Palacio, my broker, was patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through the whole process of purchasing affordable health care. She answer all of my numerous questions and requests for clarification. Such a lovely girl! I feel very confident that we have found a wonderful company for our healthcare needs!

Ryan Coleman is the worst health…

Ryan Coleman is the worst health coverage agent, because of his mistake I am in some serious debt. I tried to contact him way before it happened and he never replied, until I threaten him with a lawsuit and he called me immediately. Now you know the type of person he is.

One happy customer

Christian Baker is my agent. She walked me through everything, and took the time to answer my questions. It could not have been any easier. I am going to tell everyone i see about this insurance. I recently started my own business, after being in the same profession for 28 years, i left and had to get my own insurance. I have looked and studied for about 4 months, to find good affordable insurance for my wife and I. I am very happy, Thank You

Much appreciated and helpful staff

Jordan was very pleasant and stayed enthusiastic the whole time he had helped me. When being put on hold for very brief moments to get help from others, he assured me he was still with me on the phone, which I also appreciated. Mansa and the lady of whom I cannot recall her name were also very pleasant and saw to it that my situation was resolved.

I was thrilled to find Christian Baker as she made the usually difficult process of signing up for health insurance pleasant and easy!!! I will gladly refer anyone I meet who has a similar need to her services. She was courteous, knowledgable and professional in every way! I was also able to keep my current doctor.

Great Customer Service!

I’ve worked in the insurance and healthcare field for over 30 years, and was dreading signing up for new insurance after a change in employment. However, Christian Baker, was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my numerous questions and requests for clarification. She listened to my needs and found the right policy for me very quickly!! I am extremely and pleasantly surprised, as in this day and age, you usually end up dealing with uncaring morons! Kudos to her!

Imagine something completely worthless, except it also costs you time and money

I spent a few hundred dollars on a health insurance plan that helps me in no way. Does it get any worse than that?
I told them my health insurance needs, and they recommended a policy that--I later found out--does not suit my needs at all. I was told that it was rare to find a healthcare provider who would NOT accept my insurance, but I could not find an available specialist who does accept my insurance. Of the very few specialists listed on their site, none were available.
Also, after I bought a policy, I was informed that "Short-Term Medical insurance is not considered 'minimal essential coverage' under the Affordable Care Act (commonly referred to as ObamaCare) and that you may be subject to a tax penalty." I did not know that my policy was short term, I still don't know exactly what that means, and I don't know what sort of tax penalty I'll get.
On the phone I was pressured to make the decision to buy the policy. They told me I needed to agree right then and there because they needed record me saying "yes." Now I think that was just a sales tactic to keep me from hanging up and checking other policies.
Also, the whole process is a mess. Their video makes getting a doctor look like a simple 3-step process, but it's not. There are about a half dozen companies involved in my policy: mybenefitskeeper.com, multiplan.com, hiiquote.com, lifeshield national insurance co., hcfast.com, and others. I don't know what these companies contribute, and I don't know how many people are taking a cut from my monthly payment. I just want one company to take care of my health insurance needs. I have no idea how to navigate their process. I have spent at least 8 hours trying to get a doctor, and I've had no luck.
I just want a doctor appointment. That's it. Why is this so hard?

Easy getting set up, with TERRIBLE results

Got my insurance over the phone and trusted an expert to help meet my very basic 24-25 year old needs.... one year later and I have denied claims, unable to get lumps in my skin checked cuz I’m not covered for dermatology, and unable to be covered for urgent care for a simple strep or flu test when a dr appointment wasn’t available, FLU SHOT WASNT COVERED WITHOUT HASSLE, and IVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED. The insurance plan they set me up with is an absolute scam and I will never let myself be fooled so easily by marketing and these so called professionals. My premium is over $250 btw... all for nothing. There is a solution tho... do more due diligence. It was hard for me because it’s the first time I’ve dealt with insurance myself, and didn’t know how verbage in the policy excludes so much.
