While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

HCG UK EU DMC LIMITED is a UK-registered, trade-only destination management company (DMC). Our team brings more than 12 years of ground handling in Europe. We work only with travel agents, tour operators and MICE agencies, never with the public, and we deliver every programme white-label under the agent's own brand. We cover 24 countries, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Central Europe and the Nordics with Lapland. Our services include leisure group tours, series departures, MICE and incentives, conferences, FIT and tailor-made trips, and European rail tours. Agents get net rates on one contract, with hotels, coaches, guides, entrances and meals in a single quote, and a reply within one business day. Our operations team plans the details that keep a tour on time: coach driver hours, timed entries at busy sights, ferry timetables for island days and visa-safe routing for groups on Schengen visas. Our partners are mainly travel agencies from India, the Middle East and the UK. If your agency has travelled with us, we would be grateful for a short review of your group's experience: the planning, the quote, the guides, the coaches and how we handled any changes on the ground.
