The worst customer service! When you get your seals there are cards in there that say guarantee fit. That's BS! They want you to jump through a million hoops hoping you will just say forget it. Well I did not give up and I have 23 emails to prove it.. The last email they said they were going to ship me the correct part. That was 3 weeks ago and I have sent 5 emails. I guess the company would rather get bad reviews and lose a customer over a $5 part!

I formally requested a refund from Anthony and specifically noted that the credit card used for this purchase was no longer active, requiring any refund to be issued by check.
Even after being notified of this, Anthony sent the refund to the closed card, guaranteeing that the funds would not be received and further delaying reimbursement. This action demonstrates a disregard for proper refund procedures and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction handling.
More than three months have passed since this order was placed. The part was never delivered, despite a promised two‑week delivery timeline, and I have repeatedly been given excuses instead of resolution. Immediate reimbursement is required.

I was referred to this company by the floor jack manufacturer, which made this experience even more disappointing. I ordered parts several months ago and was told by Anthony that the lead time would be about two weeks.
It has now been nearly three months, and all I’ve received are repeated delays and vague explanations. Communication has been poor, and I keep getting the runaround instead of real answers.
At this point, the order still hasn’t been fulfilled, and I’m requesting a refund. Very frustrating experience and not a company I would recommend.

The owner of this company should record and listen to how the employees talk to potential customer,Horrific.Asked about what type of rubber the seals are,I asked if they were Buna or Viton,The rep said where are you getting at.Get some manners and some ethics.I will take my business elsewhere.Just because you hate your job,Don't take it out on the people,You must be a real thrill to be around.

I have a Motomaster 2 1/2 ton floor jack. I ordered the repair kit for the model of the exact same description, thinking it was unusual the parts pics showed no measurements, but what the heck, the description was an exact match to my jack. Parts arrived and did not fit. They would not provide a prepaid shipping label stating their policy was the cost was mine, AND ironically they wanted me to provide the measurements of my seals. I found the seals I needed on Amazon, based on the provided measurements, for $7.50, which included shipping. So I’m out the $64.27 hcrc charged me. It made no sense to return the parts that didn’t fit and pay the shipping again. I felt they thought I was stupid.

The Sales team compromised my Visa card information and treated themselves to a week of fast food as well as a luxurious trip to San Francisco to the tune of $1800.00. No follow up on my request for answers.

Ordered a Hydraulic Jack Repair Seal Kit from HCRCnow. In bold letters on their site and business card their kits are Guaranteed to Fit. The main seals were too large so I needed to return to get a refund. Contacted their customer service email, they replied stating they would issue a partial refund. Since the major parts didn't fit I asked for a full refund, they replied I'd need to take pictures of the current parts that fit and then pictures of those that didn't fit. I had already reassembled the jack and refilled with new hydraulic fluid so I refused to spend a couple hours taking my jack apart and then reassembling just to get photos. They have not replied after my refusal to take the photos, also in my last reply offered to return the new parts, also mentioned I was posting my experience (the facts) on the internet.
