Camera and lens (OM1 Mark2 kit), was a great price, delivered one day earlier than expected, great comms. Definitely would use HDEW again and would encourage the readers of this review to consider purchasing from them. Faultless really. It was my first experience with them but all positive. Thanks HDEW - now, I've got to learn how to use the blessed thing !!!

I was looking for IPad for while and suddenly this online shop appeared with deal above all deals from other shops. Actually I checked myself this website is not a scam, after 6 days IPad arrived brand new, sealed in perfect condition! Highly recommended!!

Excellent site. I bought 24-105mm f/4l lens not long ago. I couldn't fault it and it was delivered in good time.

The price did look too good to be true. I did find one cheaper, but the retailer worked out of Hong Kong, and seemed to be very obstructive when it came to problems.
I ordered a Canon R50 and lenses kit in Sunday, it arrived the following Friday. I was delighted with the prompt service.
The equipment was well packed, but not excessively so.
All round, a great buying experience.

Their customer service is second to none and grievances, rare as they may be, are addressed swiftly and favourably. As ordered, genuine new product why would I buy from anywhere else

Prices seem competative and they are UK based. Delivery is good and items well packaged. Will purchaase from HDEW again.

I bought a Canon EOS R5 ii and a Canon RF 100-500mm lens. I did loads of research online about price/ availability/ delivery. It was important to me that it wasn't faceless website/ warehouse. I phoned HDEW a couple of times and they were very helpful and reassuring. The price was just a little bit more than another site, but it was absolutely worth it. Being able to contact a company directly and speak to a human being is perhaps old-fashioned, but so much better than being forced to use a chatbot. Very happy customer here and would certainly recommend.

I researched prices elsewhere and HDEW were by far the best. I bought a new Canon R7 and an RF 100-500 lens. Both were delivered quickly and well packaged.
From start to finish the experience has both been professional and cheaper than other suppliers.
I’m looking for an RF 24-100 lens now and HDEW will be my first stop.
I recommend this shop to anyone wishing to have a great experience with the knowledgeable background thrown in.
