This service was great! The sign was done to my exact specifications, the team reached out to confirm the mock up before they made it, and it was shipped out in record time! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the dimmer box was cracked when it arrived, but we managed to jerry rig it so that it works just fine. The sign itself came in great condition and I am amazed at how good it looks! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to get good quality without breaking the bank.

Neon looks great and I was thrilled they could recreate someone else’s design. Loved working with them to get just the design I wanted. Kept in contact and very customer focused.

It was incredibly quickly completed and delivered without damage to the neon piece.

Should have just screwed it into the wall instead of trying to use the plastic anchors. Overall though incredibly pleased.

I bought this for our wedding rather than hiring from one of the wedding venues partners (it was about 1/3 of the cost!) after checking the reviews on trustpilot.
They were really quick to respond to my question about lead time and after ordering it was here in 6 days.
There was disappointment at first as the sign was faulty but after a quick message they promised a new one would be delivered in time for the wedding and it arrived only 2(!) days later!
It worked perfectly and I was really impressed with the quality and it was a great addition to the wedding decor at the venue. Now we’re just trying to find a suitable spot to hang it at home.
