Products were as described, one of the few manufacturers of this kit out there. Delivery was a bit high in my opinion.

Helpful and friendly staff. Top marks to the delivery driver, after a nightmare of a day stuck in traffic and then a breakdown he was still committed to getting the solar panels to us even if it meant finally leaving our house at 1.30am. Total dedication 👌

Ive used this company a few times and the communication is fantastic, trying to get solar goods In very difficult times is incredibly hard so when they cant fulfill an order (just have a little patience) they work around it or offer other options. They are not trying a fast one, but when so many people are trying to get stuff, things run out as soon as they come in. Anyway I think you lot are great and keep going

There items I required were readily available, and delivered on time. There was an issue with the courier, however it was resolved quickly by HDM Solar however I would stress it was a courier issue.

I had PV and batteries installed by a different company, and was left without a functioning system as they didn't have one small but vital component in stock, with no idea when it would be. That was two weeks ago.
I contacted HDM Solar on the off-chance they might be able to help, and they literally went the extra mile to juggle their stock to provide me with what I needed, and it arrived the next day! If they do that for people who aren't even their mainstream customers, then I am envious of those who are! I got the impression they really care.

My experience with HDM Solar, was very good.
I was installing an off-grid 5KVA PV system for a small Machine shop, Dan and Hannah were very helpful in helping me to select suitable Panels and fittings to makeup a very rugged free-standing system, using 410w AJ Solar panels.
They have a very comprehensive range of well-priced good quality components.
My system is working perfectly.

I recently ordered some clamps, 6mm cable, end caps etc from HDM.
The prices for the mounting hardware are the lowest I can find anywhere.
The communications are good. Packaging was fine.
Stock was missing on some Renusol clamps so I had to wait a few weeks, but this would be the same for all suppliers at the moment.
I am happy to recommend HDM to anyone, but confirm the stock is available before you place your order or at least be prepared to wait a while.

An excellent personal service, some website ordering issues quickly resolved by Dan, delivery in person ensured there was no damage to the goods in transit.

Went out of their way to deliver and kept informed. Wouldn't hesitate if you need the confidence.
