When I order the the Items on a…
When I order the the Items on a Thursday, I paid for Saturday delivery only for the items to arrive the following Thursday.
I was not offered a refund of the delivery difference which was cheaper for 4 day delivery.
It was a shame really.

We note that you placed your order at 5:12pm (after we had closed) but that our fantastic team still managed to get your order dispatched for shipment on Saturday and update you with the tracking info. We are sorry that DPD were delayed in delivering your goods once they left us. If you had emailed us, rather than take to Trust Pilot to air your dissatisfaction we could have happily refunded your entire shipping as a gesture of goodwill. When we mess up, we are very happy to hold our hands up, but we feel you review is rather an unfair reflection and we hope that you can appreciate we have very little influence over DPD once the goods have left us (on time). For others reading this, We also offer collection and delivery on our own vehicles options for critical jobs where you need a guaranteed delivery. Battery arrived as promised
Battery arrived as promised. Dan was so helpful when I explained a change in my circumstances (death of my mother) and organised a specific delivery date for me. I would happily use HDM Solar again and will recommend them to anyone who is after some solar kit.

Good company to do business with.
Recently purchased two Pylontech US 2000c batteries and stacking brackets. Having been scammed earlier this year ( not by HDM Solar). I was very wary about spending £2000 over the internet so checked out with company house/ Trustpilot etc. I found this company very genuine an helpful, especially Dan who is very knowledgeable in all things Solar. Prices are very competitive and have no reservations in recommending this company. Will be using them in the future.

I was concerned about using a new supplier as I have been let down before.
Only issue was two fuses with the wrong rating, but the issue was resolved quickly and without fuss.
