Als u aankomt op Schiphol ontvangt u een contract met een unieke ophaalcode gekoppeld aan uw kenteken. Daarbij ontvangt u een link naar de dashcam. De medewerker noteert tevens op dit contract uw KM stand en eventuele schade’s op uw auto. Er worden ook foto’s gemaakt. Dit contract krijgt u mee op de heenreis. Zodra de chauffeur in uw auto plaatsneemt installeert deze een HD dashcam. De beelden zijn voorzien van GPS en tijdregistratie.
