I tried new vegan protein bars recently…
I tried new vegan protein bars recently and I could say that they really impressed me! Usually I don't like the taste of these kind of bars, but these were not too sweet and pleasant. Especially coconut one. You can really enjoy these bars like a sweet treat anywhere you go or just enjoy at home with a cup of tea. Also I could say that ingredients surprised me as-well - everything looks healthy and benefits your health :)

Better sleep
I have been using the drops for a little over a month now. For the first 3 weeks, I only felt a small difference during the day, but after 3 weeks of consumption, my sleep became much calmer and I slept almost the whole night (before, I woke up constantly and only fell asleep with a melatonin tablet, not anymore).
