My partner booked a survey with the company, and I was hesitant because it wasn't a Yorkshire-based one. However, the surveyor Franchesca went above and beyond, she rang back that evening, 8 pm, couldn't believe it, no question was a bother, she really gave us clear advice and a well-detailed report. What a credit to the company, I would definitely recommend her to anyone in Yorkshire.

Talked to Michelle after having submitted a quote request online.

Although my ourposes do not fit what HDsurveys offer. Michelle took the time to explain what would work in my case and ensured i left the call with more helpful information despite it having no impact on my decision to use HDsurveys.

This is the epitome of a person and a company with high values - if they are helpful despite you not being able to use their services, they will definitely do all it takes if you do become a customer.

Excellent service from start to finish

Booking was really easy they contacted me back on the same day as enquiry. They contacted the estate agents to book the appointment the same day. The survey was thorough and the report was back to us within a week. The report was easy to read and very detailed I would definitely recommend this company

Franchesca was very thorough for my level two homebuyer survey. She called me immediately after completing it providing a verbal report and then in less than five working days a thorough written report was completed and included pictures. Franchesca was happy to answer all my questions after receiving the written report which helped put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend these surveyors. Excellent service provided.

L2 Homebuyers:- I was pleasantly surprised when, I received an actual phone call from Franchesca to emphasise the importance of following up on her findings, regarding the outdated electrical consumer unit as well as to discuss the report further! This phone call did not feel rushed whatsoever, she took the time to explain key points & emphasised on numerous occasions that, should I have any further questions, once I received my report/pdf...to not hesitate to get in touch! The report was easy to understand, accompanied with photos to show the points being discussed too. I was apprehensive about booking this online, being a London based company (I'm in Wakefield/W.Yorks) but, I'm so glad I did. Very impressed with Franchesca's knowledge & professionalism. HD Surveys were great from start to finish! Really friendly and easy to deal with and gave a reasonable quote straight away. They were able to book the survey in within days and the surveyor phoned me with the results on the same day. Great service- certainly impressed!

Couldn’t recommend HD Surveys enough they was amazing from start to finish! The tracking portal is so easy to use they update you via email every step of the way the survey was booked nice and quick and we got the report back in a timely manner as well! An all round great experience

I recently used HD Surveys for a level 2 home survey. They have been brilliant from start to finish. The booking part was very simple and the office staff (Michelle) I spoke to a couple of times was incredibly helpful with a few queries that I had. William carried out the survey and a day after the survey he called me to provide a summary of key points. This was so helpful as when the report came in a few days later, there were no surprises or shocks. All in all, I am very pleased and would highly recommend HD Surveys to others. Thank you HD team

The team did a great job with my Level 2 Home Survey. The survey couldn’t happen on the first date because the sellers weren’t available but the team followed up and arranged a new date quickly without any problems.
I want to give a special thanks to Michelle who was very kind and helpful every time I called. She made the whole process much easier.
