Almost lost a long time customer.

My very serious issues began when I had to contact Heacock to remind them that I had never received a renewal for my classic motorcycle. Even then it took nearly two additional weeks consisting of multiple instances of holding the phone endlessly waiting for someone to maybe answer. By the time Heacock reached out, my previous Heacock motorcycle policy had expired. Very likely I am not the only one with this problem. Clearly those in charge at Heacock did not have their eyes on the ball.

Ryan Schroepfer, who helped me work through obtaining the new policy while remaining friendly, calm, and knowledgeable, provided excellent guidance for the renewal. Thanks Ryan!

Steven was great

Steven was great. He called on time for our scheduled call. The reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had tried to call the number on the website and held for a very long time and was never able to get a person on the phone.

Heacock messing up

I’ve been with them since 2013 never had wreck no claims today may 17 2025 I get a cancellation notice no phone numbers no one to complain to except heacock President Paul Choi ? I called American modern they said since they not working with heacock they cancelling ? Wtf three people five numbers still on hold all their agents are busy all day long ? Maybe it’s class action lawsuit time heacock your butts need to procure insurances for customers that are in good standing crappy business practices

I’ve been a longtime member ofHecock…

I’ve been a longtime member ofHecock classic. I was very disappointed when my policy expired seven days after I didn’t get my bill paid and you dropped me. Then when I re-signed up, it was almost $200 more. Pretty shitty for a long time customer. The policy I have now is slightly better than what I would get with Haggerty. Do better Hecock

The company was able to insure my classic vehicle, and I was impressed with that, however I feel they could do better with road side assistance, in other words I should not have to pay out of pocket, and then be reimbursed later.

Jennifer got my policy quickly and patiently. I was able to do all the paperwork online and then just review it with her. A couple of photos later I had my policy. I'm glad a friend of mine referred me to Heacock.
