SCAM!!!! ordered in November for a Christmas present. Never arrived! They don’t respond to any emails and their phone number is disconnected. After now 2 months still no communication and no product arrived. RED FLAGS! DONT PURCHASE!
SCAM BEWARE. I have not received my order and they do not respond to emails. Phone number is Singapore number so can’t speak to a person about it. They deleted my negative review so that I can warn others. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!

I am soo annoyed. Have been waiting a month for my cap and it still hasn't been delivered. It states it is an Australian company yet I have heard that it is being delivered from China.
I recently purchased a headache cap for my wife. Although the postage was a bit slow, and arrived damaged, I dropped them an email and recieved a phone call back with a new one on the way.
Once received the second time, it has helped my wife. More than ever, the customer service beyond the product is what has stood out for me.
The product itself is effective and headachecap provides excellent customer service.
Lack of transparency and communication. Product has still not arrived. Website appears to be sending from Australia and then find out after purchase it's coming from China. No shipping communication or information. POOR.

Apologies if I wasn’t clear enough. We had a Holiday banner up on the website from Jan 17th to Jan 28th mentioning that we are on a holiday and all orders placed during that time shall only be processed after 28th Jan. I also mentioned on my shipping policy page that all orders shall be shipped from overseas until further notice. We received your order on Jan 24th and promptly dispatched on 30th Jan. Apologies if this is not what you were expecting. Thank you for the feedback we try and improve everyday as much as we can. We hope you will enjoy the cap once you receive it.
It was delivered promptly. I am very happy with the product I have used it a few times as it is also good for hot flushes.

Placed order on the 27/12 from what I thought was an Australian company, but product was not shipped until 5/01. I then learnt it was coming from OS. This was supposed to be a present and is now very late. Misleading to mention you are a small family-owned company registered in AUS but product is not in stock and shipped direct from Melbourne.

Hi Sarah, I apologies for the inconvenience caused by us to you. I understand the order has been delayed. We are a business based in Melbourne started in 2022, and had stock in hand. We had unexpected interest in the product, and had multiple issues with the Manufacturer and had fall back and ship from them directly from the overseas warehouse. There has been huge delays in the stock coming through and I am still expecting my parcel to come with the stock I ordered. I have communicated to all the customers who placed orders about the delays in the shipping and offering refunds if you are unhappy. I am still happy to process the refund like I mentioned in the email. I take the responsibility in the delays and I apologise again.
