The color as shown on the website is completely different from what received..i wanted this for my office use but now i cant even use it for personal use due to color

The product got damaged on the 3rd day itself just by friction with the bag it was kept inside of. Returned the product for a replacement, been 10 days since and no response from headwaymade. Still waiting for my replacement. You'll took just 2 days to deliver the new product and now 10 days for a replacement? Pathetic service Headway

Excellent quality and elegant to look at.

I had ordered Java (360ml) on November 23rd. It has been around 20 days and the product is not yet dispatched. I haven't received any reasoning for the delay. When I contact the support team they say I shall receive a coupon which I can use for next purchase. I haven't seen worst shipping and customer service like Headway. It is shame that a brand like Headway cannot satisfy the customer.

The product is good but for handling reasons, In my view the top end can be reduced by 8/10mm. I’m sure the aesthetics will not be compromised .

Hello. I still haven’t received my products. Your customer chat said there was an issue with the delivery agency but no revert on that yet. Please get someone to sort this issue

I have ordered my product on 26th novemeber. It’s more than 12 days. Still i have not received my product

I’m not here to type a lengthy message simple my order got delayed more than 15 days and still I not received a bill of soft copy to claim the warranty

Looks nice but the plastic feels not so premium. Overall, I think it's just okay for the price.

I still haven’t received the item. And I can’t use my Java because of that.

The build and qulaity of the Java mug is just perfect for a regular coffee drinker.

The colour of the Headway Java - Blue was not as expected.

I haven't received my product yet , are you guys fake or there is a product still coming to my location , I have been on the chain mails and i surely received a call for colour change of the product but there is no update on the same as well .
Your service is so pathetic that you are sending forms to fill experience without the product , for what I should give the experience of ?
Have a little sense or hire a good logistics team to handle your product.

Embossing is fine but the sticker you put on Brew is too loud . Subtle like on Oslo & Jawa is fine

Really good product. I went with the option to customize with my initials and received the product in less than a week. Quality is amazing. Ofcourse the price is little high but the product experience will justify the cost [I got it with some discounts about 15% off from the MRP which I think is a good deal]. I had borosil one which was bigger [700ml or more] and i felt it to be bulky and also have to open the cap to drink water whereas this one is 550ml and the click to open works really well and sometimes you would want to drink water even if you are not thirsty ;-)

Got to know about them from Instagram, since then have ordered 8 products in 4 seperate orders over the last 6 months. They are present in Amazon India as well and are highly rated. However I have ordered from thier own website and have faced zero problems. The product quality has always been top notch, and accurate to description.

Great product with good color choices and quality steel.
