Didn’t send out full order or respond to my messages about this. Avoid

I've been using Healer Labs' Tongkat Ali for several months now and have added Shilajit recently and the results are incredible. My energy levels have improved, and it's really helped me manage stress and recovery after workouts. Highly recommended!

Good products but customer service is non exsistent. Will stick with british suppliments in future.

Bought Tongkat and after a week I felt my mood going very weird. Almost hyper aware and paranoid is the best way to explain it so I stopped.
I have another two unopened packs which I enquired about returning but never got a reply.
Very disappointed

I received the wrong products via delivery. I contacted the customer service's email a few times and they've ghosted me for 2 weeks. Bizarre experience

Super fast delivery as well on par with Amazon prime .
All products are amazing and very effective.
Have bought 3 times since the first purchase , currently on Alpha male Sea moss magnesium and vitamin d . Highly recommended.

Ordered at Healer labs, however after seeing bad reviews for counrties outside GB decided to cancel 1 hour after.
No reply, nothing. after many days I get a confirmation that my order has been sent, suddenly the next day they reply to my email. It will be sent back and I will receive my money back once they have it. However shipping expenses will not be payed even though I have canceled many days before they sent same. I have sent many emails but I only got 1 reaction so far.
Update: They actually refunded everything after they received the order back from the carrier. After all, they were really kind and came through with excellent service.

Owner of company just rang. Had a issue but very happy with the outcome gave me a free product fog the inconvenience and owner sounds genuinely like a nice guy

Never received item.
Well over a month and nothing.
Received an order update on 16th August. Wanted me to scan a QR code to find out where the order was. Looked dodgy so didn’t do. Not impressed at all.

Affordable and hi quality herbal remedies

First order got the correct item no problem. Second order, got the wrong item! Tried emailing and calling but no response. Eventually has to get PayPal to step in and issue a refund as I didn't want the item they sent. Hit & miss

I Just ordered it on Saturday 27th July & received it on Sunday 28th July. Just in 1 day span. That was very fast. Hope the product is fast as well.

Update: After I had posted here, I contacted PayPal for a refund, and escalated the issue. Because they didn't even respond to the issue claim, I got a full refund from PayPal.

Order is not delivered, and no refund is issued.
I live in Germany, the item is held at the customs. I do not know why, and the sender is the one who can actually inquiry about the status or resolve the issue.
This has been going on for more than 3 months already! They are doing nothing, it is just a scam.

Rubbish customer service, i lost my discount while waiting for a reply for the question i emailed and still no answer after a week.
TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fantastic products. I’ve tried 3 of them up to now and I’m very impressed.

These stickers actually work and are the most cost effective compared to other brands. Unlike others these are non-comedonic and fungal acne safe.
