I had a dispute with one of the products I purchased, it was on offer buy 3 get one free.
When it came I only received 3i sent them a email regarding the missing bottle.
I have to say within 2 days of contacting them the problem was resolved it took less than 5 mins for them to respond to my email it was handled properly and professionally and showed good customer care I also had the option for a voucher so I could spend on what I wanted or receive the free bottle of morning multi vitamin for hair.., in my experience a very good product it does what it says it can do.
I will continue to buy more products from healf .

I received an email saying they will be taking the money for my next subscription, but 2 of the items where showing as out of stock, If i hadn’t noticed they would have just taken the money and i would have been left without 2 items!
They should not take payment for orders they can’t fulfil and they should notify users that a product is not available so they can find an alternative or look elsewhere!
