It will BURN!!!

I purchased this in hopes that it actually would do what it says. I am afraid that the reviews here saying how well it works are fake. I sprayed it in and the burning sensation was immense for 10 minutes. I emailed them requesting a return and refund and they refused. No one should ever buy this. The company does not back its products. Save your money. I wish I was able to give it negative stars.

Bait and switch with Chinese product not Austrian and different ingredients

They claim this product is made in Austria on Instagram and USA on their website. When I ordered and received the product, it was a different name and contained almost none of the advertised ingredients and was made in China. I emailed the support email address twice with no response. I am afraid to try the Chinese formula and asked for a replacement order from Austria but still nothing. They even spell essential incorrectly, which should have been my hint...until I get satisfaction, this review stands as written.

Heal routine is a fraud!!! They processed a transaction without my authorization and refuse to take care of it. They are fraudulent and a scam. Do not purchase from this company!!!

Very slow delivery, product not up to par

Very slow delivery. Plus the oil I bought was misrepresented in their ads. After being told to wait till I got my order and checked it out they would see about a refund. I was informed that since I opened it I wasn't getting a refund. The oil is not pure and is a joke. Well being a Conservative I am against anything coming from and manufactured in China. They said it was only warehoused there. It came as a product of China. The spokes person Lisa is the best smoke blower I ever came across. Beware before you spend your hard earned money with this company. You have been warned..
