Return of Poor Quality Goods

I recently received my order of 4 Painted Book Mugs 36 days after I ordered them. These mugs are defective. The paint isn't contained to where it should be, the book bindings don't have painted lines for pages, the trim paint is missing and is covered over, and the handles are different than in the ad. They are nothing like the picture that I ordered them from. The quality is deplorable... thin glass, horrible painting, unappealing at best. I cannot gift these as I intended. I want to return them for a full refund, not the 20 or 30% the CSRs have offered. I beleive a prepaid shipping label should be provided so that I can return this order. Since they are defective, Health Sparks is responsible to make good on this order. I believe they have used false advertising in this case and I certainly will contact the Better Business Bureau about this occurrence. I would like to return them ASAPand my payment should be returned to me.

They sell fake and defective products

They sell fake and defective products. When you want to return, they offer 20% off,and you keep the products minus shipping and restocking fee. . When you decline, they say ,their best offer is 30% off, minus shipping and restocking fee. If the product is defective, there should not have a shipping fee, and they can't resell it, therefore no restocking fee. I communicated with 3 individual, and they all had the same automated response. Stay away from these scammers. I will be filing a consumer complaint for scamming senior citizens

Don't fall for the magical Nano cloth scratch and dent remover.

Purchased their advertised nano cloth dent and scratch remover which turned out to be nothing more that a glorified paper towel. The cost was $48.50, took 13 days to arrive and was totally worthless. A total scam. Tried on deep scratches, medium scratches, slight scratches with no improvement or change at all. The company offered to return 20% of my purchase price but I returned the product. They don't reimburse for postage you pay when ordering, plus you have to pay your own postage to return, don't return your sales tax and charge a 5% restocking fee. It cost almost as much to return as to purchase. When you open the little box with the cloth the instructions read, "Use with scratch removal creme." This is never mentioned in the advertisement. And what the heck is scratch removing creme? This is tantamount to saying use a skyhook to lift a heavy load. Save your money and don't fall for this scam. There is no such thing as a "Nano cloth" that rearranges the composition of the paint and "redistributes the molecules" and removes the scratch. If the scratch or blemish does not come out with Turtle wax rubbing compound no magical rag is going to get it out. This company and others like them should be prosecuted for using dishonesty to make a profit and cheat people out of their money.
