My shipment was delivered to a different country. My delivery date should have been last Wednesday, my medicine requires refrigeration and I have not received any additional correspondence since I was told there was a tracking number mix up and it would probably be delivered Thursday. I have sent multiple messages following up but I have received no further response, not received my medication and I’ve now missed my shot window. I will be switching providers.
