Don’t accept cancellation
They denied my cancellation and never reacted to it. Now they say it can’t be cancelled because it is sent already. According to the tracking number it has not been sent. I contacted them over an over again, they never answer or help me with my issue. I fear it is a scam.

Fantastic Customer Service from Ciara today.
I always have a good experience with Health Express with my weight loss medication orders.
Today I encountered technical problems and after several attempts eventually spoke to Ciara on the helpline. She kindly completed my order, which included quite a wordy statement, at her end, and submitted it.
Then, as Ciara knew I was quite anxious about it, she rang me back within a short period to let me know that the order had been approved, which I really appreciated.
Thank you to Ciara!
UPDATE, Friday - as promised Ciara kept an eye on tracking and further updated me along the way.
