No goods no refund. Don't risk it!

After ordering I received an email promising either deliver within five days or an email within 48 hours if there was a problem. Both claims were false. I phoned their customer services which requires repeatedly pressing '1' to remain in the queue. After 9 minutes of this I was cut off without having spoken to anyone.
Next I tried email. The next day I received a reply promising a refund. This was also a lie. Four weeks later I am now relying on my credit card company to recover the money for me.
In future I will always look for company reviews before buying from an unfamiliar site. If I had seen other people's experiences of Health Junction, I would never had ordered and would have saved a lot of time inconvenience.

Don't buy anything from this company

The delivery charge was quite expensive and the check out confirmed that would take maximum 7 days to deliver the goods.

After over 2 week the order did not arrive yet.

I sent them several emails to know how long where was my order and I never received a response. I contacted my bank and luckily they refunded the payment.

Don't buy from this company

Useless

After reading previous reviews, it seems I've had a lucky escape. Tried to place an order on the Health Junction website two weeks ago but was told 'no payment options available' and to contact the company, which I did (online form). Received an email in response, saying the site was experiencing technical difficulties and to 'try back next week'. Still unable to make payment two weeks later, so decided to check reviews of the company. I won't be wasting any more time trying to order from Health Junction.

scam- please avoid this company

Similar to many of the reviews posted here, I made an order on the 25/01/2016, items were never delivered. I contacted them asking for a refund and someone picked up the phone (didnt sound like a proper company at all) and informed me that a refund was issued but never received my money or the goods. Contacted my back unaware of the ongoing practice of Health Junction and hopefully my back will be able to refund me. I have no idea how on earth Health Junction can get away with scamming too many people!!! something must be done to prevent the same happing again and again to more people.

Fuming

I Ordered an item on 19th Jan. It's now 9th Feb. I was told it would take a max of 7 days. I've emailed them and got an automated response. Tried calling but can't get through to anyone. I've emailed them again asking for my money back or to make sure I receive the item within 72 hours or I'm reporting this site as fraudulent.

Complete disaster.

Please avoid this company if you only can. I have ordered item available at their website with relevant confirmation. Almost 10 days after I have decided to call them as there was no information provided about the item. After a phone conversation I was promised a follow up email within few hours to learn afterwards from the email about their apology as the item was unavailable. I was expecting the item to arrive as I was using it as health supplement. Because of this incident and break in taking the supplement my health condition worsened. If I will not call them, they will never contact me with any explanation. Please avoid this company.

I would give them 0 star, they don't deserve more!

As previous customers experiences, mine is the same, no email advising of dispatch, no response to emails. My call was answered and email followed, but no tablets received. Order placed on 15/01/16 and on 02/02/16 I still don't have my order nor my money back as requested. Poor service, bad bad company! Never again will I use them!

Had to wait. was late but not a scam.

Was sent email by them offering me 5% discount if I reviewed them. I would give them another chance as I ordered at Christmas time but I would get fed up if I had to wait so long next time. Its not a scam tho I just think its a small company struggling to keep up with orders. If they can afford it more sraff are probably needed.

Not a scam but slow. Came through with the goods in the end

Placed an order on 8th Jan. Nothing after 2 weeks so contacted by email on 22nd. No response to this email so tried again on 26th. Had a response with an apology saying that had been out of stock but this was now rectified and had been shipped.
True to their word my order arrived the next day.

It would be helpful if the website could detail stock levels (or anticipated time for product to come into stock). At least then you could factor in any delay and weigh up cheaper vs quicker.

Please DO NOT buy from this company-EVER!

My order was placed via the website on 18th January. The funds were deducted from my account on the 19th. I checked my emails, including the junk folder looking for a confirmation email or despatch notification. Nothing. So I emailed the company via their website and via email. STILL no response. I have called the number on the website many times and am forced to listen to the same recorded message on a loop about busy lines etc and I should press 1 if I want to wait in the queue. Well. After pressing 1 numerous times and never being put through to an actual person, I became seriously concerned. So I look for reviews and lo and behold! Looks like I've been scammed. I have contacted my bank who have asked me to wait till the 4th after which point they can begin chargeback proceedings. Once that process gets underway, I will be contacting the police about this fraudulent website. Definitely don't waste your time, money, minutes or emails on this company. They are not interested in processing orders, they only care about scamming you out of your hard earned cash.

Aka Fuse health UK... Same address.. Order not received

Well having read all these comments we all seem to be in the same boat... I ordered on 22.12.2015
Waited.. No order.. Tried to call... In one day over 35 calls.. Which nobody answered! It would ring out. Strong worded emails. No reply... I rang up one day and someone did answer!!! To which he assured me I'd receive my order (paid £43.93 but didn't receive the actual order what I did receive was £15 because apparently my item wasn't in stock but more would be sent to substitute).. Waited a further week (already waited just over 2) still hadn't arrived... Again I ring, no luck.. So I persist.. Same guy picked up.. Didn't ask for my name order number or address.. But knew of my order and assured me I received it... Going on over a month and yeah not received will be going my bank and hope this company gets shut down. THEY ALSO USE FUSEHEALTH.CO.UK the company I used but bank statement shows health junction. Exact same address. Same telephone number with one digit difference. Do not touch this company with a barge pole

SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

YOU SHOULD HAVE GRASPED BY NOW THAT THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND PEOPLE BOASTING ABOUT ARE WELL CONNECTED TO IT.
TELEPHONE .....ON A MERRY-GO-AROUND TAKING YOU OVER AND OVER TO STARTING POINT. REPORTED TO POLICE INTERNET FRAUD SQUAD AND BANK.
YOU MAY BE ABLE TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY BY CALLING YOUR BANK AND ASKING FOR CHARGEBACK AND ALSO TO STOP MORE MONEY ILLEGALLY COMING OUT. GOOD LUCK

Scam

After I placed my order I emailed them a couple of times to change something but they never got back to me. They don't answer the phone and somehow I don't think I'm going to see the goods I ordered. I have reported it to my bank and hopefully they will be able to get a refund for me.

Don't Risk It!

I am waiting for an order that was placed on 20 December with payment deducted on 21st; I have emailed a few times and tried calling number of times with no success just a voice message saying that the call centre is very busy at the moment!

Am I wrong to be concerned judging by the many poor reviews below?

DO NOT USE THEM ! ZERO STAR >:(

This is a highly organised, malicious and borderline legal scam! I doubt whatever is being advertised is actually in stock. Whoever here got sent their item is probably because the guy behind Health Junction only wants to ward off suspicion and the item was quite cheap!

I Googled the address and the building at no 55 in street view seems to be a day nursery in a residential / industrial mixed area?!?!?! No sign of a facia or a logo for company claiming to be the biggest health store on the web.

If yoy have bought from them, I would suggest that you speak to your bank and get them to pursue "goods undelivered" and tell these scamsters that you have done so! And I bet, like clockwork, you will probably get a reply from them for a delivery or a refund.

I hope the police in Leeds raid this company because clearly they must be making a small fortune from unclaimed transactions. Especially from the vulnerable!!!

Do not use

I so wish I'd reviewed this 'company' first. Appalling. Waited 7 working days. No order delivered. No email response and phone number goes straight to answer machine. I'll now seek advice. If I could choose no stars, I would. Please don't use them.
