Website is very easy to navigate, I received my test results 24 hours after testing. Affordable, overall great experience! Customer service is very helpful as well.

They steered me toward a lab, one that I did not want to use, by saying it would be faster. Then it turns out that lab isn't accepting anyone for a week out and the one I wanted to use is accepting people today. They charged me $16 to cancel the order. Dishonest practices. I will never do business with them again.

Although tests are booked separated but all results from same day are combined in 1 file pdf which is difficult to submit to different inquiries.

I ordered a cervicorrect necklace and tried it according to their usage policy.
I have asked numerous times how to get a refund and they keep sending how to use the brace. Now they won't even return my request on how to return for a refund.

Quick and easy. Ordered the test and was able to schedule at a nearby location and get test done with no additional paperwork or an appointment.

What a fast and easy process! Needed a test for one of our children for school (state vaccination compliance). After the results were ready we spoke to one of their "Patient Services Representatives" (April) who was very nice, professional and explained how to interpret the results. The cost was very reasonable and we got to select the local lab to draw the sample. We definitely recommend this service and will use again if needed.

I was given a address near me to have my lab test. When I arrived at the location another company existed with a different name. I call to confirm address and an employee repeated the same location. She also asked if I wanted to change locations. After I refused to change locations and wanted a refund. I was told that they would keep 20% of the refund. I just called my credit card company and reported this incident. Do not trust this company. Could end up like me. Paying up front is always a bad idea. Take it from me or you could be the next one make a phone call.
