I was initially impressed with Healthletic's claims for nattokinase and placed an order. I was told a tracking # would be sent to me within two days. A few days later, still no tracking #. I contacted the company. they responded reasonably quickly and I was told that due to increased demand and supply chain shortages, my order has been delayed and a tracking # will be sent out very soon. The company's response seemed to be a 'boilerplate', stock answer, perhaps A.I. generated. I expressed my strong concern that the company engaged in shoddy business practices if they actively advertised and promoted a product for which they did not have the ingredients to manufacture it.

I threatened to cancel my order and post negative reviews. This sequence of communiques repeated several times over the next month, each time by a different customer rep, but with the same verbiage.
After nearly five weeks of my complaints, I got an email from Healthletics stating that my tracking # was now available and my account would receive a 10% rebate.

Two days later, the tracking # appeared. The product was being shipped via Lithuania Post! What?!?! Healthletics is listed as a Wyoming company and Nattokinese is made from fermented soybeans. Soybeans grow abundantly in the US. Why is the product coming from Lithuania? I am anticipating customs and delivery delays and excuses and so far, tracking information has been nonexistent. My account has not been credited for 10%.

I am cancelling my payment and advising others to avoid doing business with this company!

This company is a fraud, do not do any business with them. Ad said made in USA but after purchase something was shipped from Lithuania and seized by US customs.

I decided to write a review of my experience so far in ordering Nattokinase from Healthletic! I am from Canada and had no issues with customs as American customers seem to be having! Product arrived from Lithuania in 4 weeks from initial order date! After reviewing this site reviews I became concerned and had several email correspondences with their customer service. All emails were answered thoroughly and seemingly honestly with real people. One of my concerns at moment is that they say they are a US company and that is clearly not true as it is London based with a Lithuanian national as the senior shareholder! So strike one there. Also, the 3rd party certificate they show on their website only shows freedom from heavy metal purity. It does not address the all important supplement dosage accuracy! Many of the reviews here seem to be result of US customs seizing shipments and customers unable to get refunds. They could easily rectify that problem by stocking in the US and shipping from there! As noted previously about my concern with dosage accuracy the company could also easily rectify this by doing a proper 3rd party analysis and supplying to customers. Strike 2 there. Also, buyers who are not careful and do not click of subscription option have only themselves to blame as this is very common in supplement on web businesses. Very convenient but you have to be careful and many other reputable businesses use this practice. I do not like it but it is my responsibility to check my order carefully. The product I received was well packaged and the product is in a glass bottle which is impressive. My major concern is as stated on dosage accuracy. Is there really 10,800 FU of Nattokinase in those capsules? Company needs to address this issue also if it hopes to remain in business and be recognized as a legitimate supplier of this very important cardiac supplement. Hope this helps other buyers and the company takes heed!

Ordering is easy. The hard part is the wait for the product since it is coming from Lithuania and getting to the U.S. takes some time.

I received a package today mailed from Lithuania. It is one bottle of BPC-157, which I know nothing about and DID NOT ORDER. Why did I receive this?

So far a 0/0. Still waiting on my order and turns out it’s shipping from Lithuania. What the hell? AI responds to emails not a human. Sure wish I could cancel. What a slimy company.

The website was tricky to navigate. They tried to push the subscription. I hadn’t heard anything then I got a tracking number that showed the shipment was in Lithuania. The next day the message was gone. Not in my e-mail, trash or anywhere. Oh well, I’ll wait a while longer.

I have been refused a refund several times because the order has "shipped".

WARNING: I had my Global Entry and Pre-Check revoked for ordering from Healthletic. The shipment originated in Lithuania and was flagged by US Customs. The products are prohibited from being shipped to the US. I had no idea. This is a nightmare.

Well I can count myself among the many who got scammed. Ordered over a month ago, still no tracking number or eta. Lots of emails stating almost exactly what everyone is getting as a response…be patient; backlogged; it’s been shipped and should arrive soon, etc…
Online chat is useless and no one actually responds even though it says they have five agents online.
Oh and they say they are a US based company but shipment comes from Lithuania!
I cannot get a refund with refusing the shipment which I have a very strong feeling will never arrive.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Use infiniwell instead.

Ok, where do we begin. Ex-military, so they screwed over the wrong guy here. I have way too many people I know for you to steal my money. Consider yourself on blast for every platform known to man. The company: exists on paper and a virtual world, LLC. They ship from Vilnius, Lithuania. Supposedly the owner Deividas Daubaris ( David ) has a Bach degree from ISM. Everything that has been given to me from the higher echelon shows that this so called Company pushes packages through Casper, WY. It is a shipping Co. and not a real physical address for Healthletics Supplements LLC. The Co. is listed as AMBI marketing and mailing facility. I had someone contact the owners and ( Sandy/Katie ) stated that the Casper police have been to that site several times. They arrive and pick up fraudulent packages from Healthletics LLC. They do not own this business either. There have been hundreds of phone calls and cases in which the packages either didn't make it through customs, arrived with just a label inside an envelope, or get detained by the police. If all this isn't enough to make you pull out your hair, most emails that mandate refunds go unanswered. They tell you to wait, they tell you it's in progress, they tell you it's against their policy to refund once shipped. Essentially what we are dealing with is a transaction that is 100% questionable on if it arrives, if it's real or if you even get refunded when it doesn't show up. You have better odds at Vegas. All of the reports that I have show an Rx from the same area in Lithuania, had to do a lot of digging. This will start to get posted on all platforms and I am sure they will claim defamation and grievances. That's why hard copies of all this will keep getting handed out. It is pretty tough to prosecute on this because they are nowhere near a place that will extradite, especially being Nationals. An EAW would need to be issued for the ones involved, that is not an easy task. They are doing what they can to look legit. You will need to do what you can to reverse the charges from a CC and file charges like I have with your financial institution when using a debit. This sometimes costs you money and also you will need a new card. They will keep charging it. Good luck and godspeed, the task is not an easy one when the Devil has your details.

I waited two months for delivery of bpc 157. I enquired several times and was told, "your order is being packaged", or "Your order is ready to ship". Basically they were non-responsive and unhelpful. I finally received an international tracking app which was next to useless. When the order finally arrived I saw that it originated in Lithuania. The package had obviously been opened and re-sealed. The cap of the bottle inside had no safety band and the cap was loose. The safety seal was just sitting on top of the rim. I attribute this more to customs inspection rather than the originator. I ordered 60 capsules and received 56. Altogether a terrible experience, and now I am reluctant to even ingest the capsules. In the future I will deal only with a company that is located in the U.S. and has the product in stock. I would rate this company at zero stars if possible.

I would never order from this company again. The shipping time is false and the products come from Lithuania.

I read about the company in an article that clearly was a paid advertisement.

I received mine...they were supposed to be from America but came from Lithuania...the packaging is different so I'm scared to take them as I don't know what's in the capsules...I bought 3 bottles...on the packaging on the website it says " pharmaceutical grade"...but on the bottle I received it says " regeneration peptide"...also the safety on one bottle was not sealed...dissapointed as I spent so much money on them and really needed them.... Im very upset as I could not afford these but saved up invested all money on these only to be dissapointed :(..I wish I could upload a photo to show you the packaging....if I am wrong...I apologize....but please prove these are legit...thank you.

My order was never delivered, They immediately created a subscription despite the fact that I did not subscribe. The support does not reply. The order has not ben delivered after 40 days in transit. Beware , Be suspicious, this company is non responsive except for taking your money.
They are unwilling to refund my order, the status is in transit in Lithuania since October 1st, no change , same location in transit for 40 + days.

I ordered 6/15/25, I still haven’t received it. After waiting I get my box after going through customs, the Methylene blue was confiscated at the Miami port by customs from Lithuania. I received a thick letter from customs 45 days later after confiscation stating labeling on package was illegal blah blah. The box was labeled B12 for the methylene blue, amino acid for BPC 157. I contacted Healthletic and they offered to fix it. I really wanted to try it sooo dummy me said ok. Well today is 10/23/25 and nothing. I contacted them two weeks ago asking for the refund because I am done. They said they can’t it’s in the queue to be shipped. Still no tracking number has been sent. So DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

All the shipping woas you read about is happening to me right now. Healthletic doesnt send the proper paperwork from their wearhouse in Lithuania. My package is/was stuck in customs in Philly for 30 days and after an hour on the phone with UPS they've informed me that they have requested the company request a return or they are going to destroy the package. While Healthletic has responded to emails they all say the same thing be patient. I've requested a refund by they deflect and say they can't until the package is received

Its fake. Not made in the US. My order was confiscated by customs. Made and shipped from Lithuania. They said it was a dangerous knockoff product

Steer clear - After waiting for a couple months (seriously), I got a letter from US Customs that my order was seized. I thought this company was based in the US, yet I see that the package came from Lithuania. There is no phone number to call, just a basic form to fill out on their website. I filled it out but I'm guessing I will not hear back and am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a joke.

Scam. Ordered two months ago, never received anything. A shipping notification was created in Lithuania, but no shipment. They might have been a legitime business, but now they have gone dark. Do not order from this company.
