These guys are horrible. They keep charging me for things that I did not order. They won't leave me alone with new order confirmations on things I never ordered. The order I did submit never got here. It was shipped from Lithuania. Aren't these guys supposed to be in the US?

Product supposedly shipped from Lithuania. Really and they claim to have warehouses in the U.S. Product was purchased in February it is now July and still getting nothing but lies. I would not trust the product even if I received it. No telling what is actually in it.

Placed my order on 5/16/26. Money was charged to my card on 5/18/26. Order was not fulfilled until 3 weeks later and reaching out to customer service to find out why. I was assured it would be sent asap but that they had a high volume of orders, yada yada yada. The order finally shipped a week later from Lithuania, not the U.S. as I had thought. The package has been “stuck” in customs since June 8th and it is now July 1st. I have asked for my money back and have threatened to dispute the charge twice but their standard response is to be patient and that they can’t control customs timing. However, customs will only delay a package if it’s questionable or lacking proper documentation or fees. They’ve washed their hands of me and I of them. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card and will hopefully receive a refund. We will see. If this company isn’t a scam, they at the very least have an unsustainable business model. By now, I should be on my second bottle of this supplement and yet I haven’t even received the first. It’s an unreasonable timeline and they should not offer international shipping if they can’t actually complete the process. Here’s an interesting concept, why not ship a boat load of this stuff to their supposed location in WY in order to fulfill U.S. orders.

Never received the order shipped from Lithuania after 30 days and USPS just updated tracking with ‘counterfeit postage’ alert so the package will be disposed of. Have requested a refund but have not received a confirmation from their customer support or PayPal. Wish I’d checked Trust Pilot before ordering!

I never received my order. The product ships from Lithuania, which if I had known, I would not have ordered it. After 21 days of watching the tracking information from Lithuania Post, the US Postal Service notified me that the package could not be delivered due to it being shipped with counterfeit postage. I have requested a refund, but I have not heard back from the company.

Placed a single order that never arrived and they made it a subscription and they already charged for a 2nd order. They claim product is made in USA but it was shipped from Lithuania and ultimately blocked by US Customs. So I've been charger 2x and have no product. Also do not use Shopify. I tried reporting a problem and that site did not work at all.

As many others have reported here, Healthletic is lacking in its delivery capabilities but quick to have its AI respond with a "we'll get right on your issue" when you ask for a shipment update.

As I was preparing to make a fourth status update request to initiate a PayPal dispute, I first took it upon myself to review the order again. At that time I noted an update to my order status, dated one day earlier. I clicked the tracking link and found that 44 days after paying in full, someone in Lithuania created a shipping label.

At this rate, I should have that "sticker on a box" in another 6 weeks, and perhaps my supplements by Winter. Although, based on the others' experiences, the supplements may never arrive at all.

One thing you can rely on from Heathletic, however, is daily emails after you pay for your purchase, touting that they are overstocked with the very product you just bought and need to sell it off quickly.

Helathletic uses deceptive marketing. I cannot even judge the product, as I cannot seem to get it delivered. Lesson learned. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Status Update: the package arrived 57 days after the order was placed. I will not be placing any future orders.

I guess the product, Natokinesse is ok, but the point in taking a supplement is "CONSISTENCY”, and these folks make consistency à big JOKE! Weeks and weeks and more weeks go by and still no order fulfillment on my second/subscription order. Then I am told they are having product delivery on their end because the product is shipped from, get this...Lithuania!!!SERIOUSLY??!!!!

OIh, and did I mention that my first subscription order was three weeks late???!!!
Do not… and I Strongly repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM HEALTHLETIC!!

I WISH I had read the reviews before ordering! I ordered on May 14, 2026 and still have not received that order. This product ships from LITHUANIA, it is NOT in "Wyoming". They have charged me a second charge on June 11, and I still haven't received the first order!!! WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM HEALTHLETICS!!!

Ordered Ultimate Nattokinase product on May 13th and just saw that this company already billed me for more product and I haven't even received the first order. I just emailed them and noted my utmost disappointment with this company's business practices.....Shameful. Why does the company address show the state of Wyoming but tracking has product coming from Lithuania in Europe.

I was auto subscribed into a renewing subscription to BPC 157. I never signed up for that. Now I'm asking to be removed and I get an email bot saying they can't find my account. I'll probably have to call my credit card company to stop the payments because these guys are based in lithuania ... and if their sales practices are this shady - doen't give me much faith for whats in the bottle.

USA site to get 5 bottles for the price of 4 . A month later another 5 bottles arrive. Because it’s from Lithuania , I can’t get a refund on a subscription I didn’t know I was on … rip off !!! Beware !

Deceptive shipping promises. Partial order arrived almost a month after being placed. Shipped from Lithuania of all places. Paid for one-time (non-subscription) ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’ and package only contained 2. Online support chat unresponsive. Don’t trust this company. Nattokinase was what I ordered.

Scam with scripted support. Shipping out of Lithuania and tracking doesn’t populate. It’s been 5+ weeks and my order never arrived and tracking they provide is useless. Going to dispute this with my CC Company. Waste of my time

Ordered bpc-157 in March but never receivwd. Website is misleading making it seem as if they are based out of Wyoming and ship within the U.S. yet tracking showed it shipped from Lithuania. I received a Notice of Seizure from customs regarding the seized product at Miami Arpt. The company initially responded promptly, and when I was inquiring about the shipping delay and offered to ship another bottle out, but when I told them I would like a refund instead, they stopped communicating. Hopefully the bank will refund my purchase amount, otherwise I'm out of $105!

I researched Heathletic before ordering and the company claimed to be based in Wyoming. Once the product finally arrived, weeks later, it had been shipped from Lithuania! I ordered Nattokinase and they use a much higher dose than other companies, so I’m now afraid to take it. It’s just another internet scam!!!

The worst. Shipped my item more than a week after order. From Lithuania! Never mentioned that when ordered. Now apparently stuck in customs. They refuse to cancel and refund my order. I'll simply dispute with my card issuer. Be warned.

Ordered on March 12th, I have yet to receive the product as of April 17th. Contacted the company who said it would be shipped and there were delays. Tracking finally showed shipped from Lithuania. I thought this was a US based company. No update on shipping since April 8th. I have requested a refund from Paypal. So far they have charged me for a product I have never received. I wish I would read these reviews before purchasing. Company misrepresents their location and shipping times.

I placed an order through their website with a stated shipping time of 3 to 5 business days, yet it took nearly a month to arrive.

They use UniUni, a Canadian-based last-mile delivery service, which raised concerns for me. When I looked further into where the product was coming from, the tracking indicated it originated from Lithuania. This directly contradicts their online claim that the item I purchased is made in the United States.

Because of the delay and the lack of transparency, I no longer feel confident in this company. I chose to return my order.

Looks like oroduct is coming from the US in casper wyoming but actually vomes feom Lithania. Item is shipped from lithuania to miami. Get stuck in customs. I didnt receive a shipping confirmation until i ask for one and then realized it was coming from outside the US. I thought it has gotten lost at USPS in Miami and tried to submitt a claim with USPS. They refused it. I let the company know i thought it had gotten lost and they resent the order. A couple of weeks later i received a letter from customes and border patrol with all kinds of US codes attached and threatening to sent to US attnt general if i actually wanted the item. I had 4 option's and all but the option to just forget it and cut my loss was the only one i could actually understand. So im iut of almost $200. Fraud. They know it will never get threw customs and i would be afraid now to even take it.
