Avoid
waiting since november for order, no response from emails but theyre still selling. Avoid like covid-19
Need to shop elsewhere
Ordered 4 bottles of fever few in November, and despite chasing up my order and numerous reassurances that I would get my order soon/stock problems in USA (I’m in UK??) I’ve still not received my products. Customer services are no longer responding to emails.have health monthly gone bust?
I had so far an horrible experience
I had so far an horrible experience. I placed an order in October and now is the end of January and still the item has not arrived. Till December they claimed that the had some problems with logistics and now they don't even reply to my emails. They also refuse to reimburse me when the item didn't even arrive to their warehouse.
Payment taken, order not fulfilled, untruthful "despatch" notification
Having had no problems over several years with deliveries of items I ordered from Healthmonthly, it would never before have occurred to me to read their reviews on Trustpilot.
Having done so, I now see why my last order, placed on Nov 11th, has never arrived despite the company having notified me by email that despatch was completed on November 19th.
I now realise that that was a complete lie - no other word for it - and their subsequent replies to my emails asking when my order would arrive, were also lies. The MD must have known in November, if not earlier, that orders placed then were never going to be fulfilled so the company was taking customers’ payments under false pretences.
Refunded By PayPal today!!!!
I have today received a full refund of £40 from PayPal for my order placed on 25th November with Health Monthly, and no goods received. Thank you to them.
The morale of the story is whenever possible, pay for goods under £100 on The Internet through PayPal, and not with a Credit Card. Most Credit Cards will not pursue a dispute of less than £100.
I have always found PayPal excellent in such matters.
As for Health Monthly.... Shameful them taking money and not fulfilling them, nor issuing refunds!
I am glad this company has failed not…
I am glad this company has gone into administration and failed not for the staff or customers who have now lost money but for the MD who I emailed and got a pathetic entitled no apology response to my very friendly conciliatory ONE Email regarding all my lost purchases he told me to stop stalking him no apologies no appreciation for the £1000s of pounds I said I had given his company over the years just a childish response.... Karma......Authentic produce (health monthly) is on linkedin the MD is on there who shows another company he owns find that on google and email him from there I cannot give it to you or his name TP wont like it.They have treated customers with total contempt for months. They should have closed until the pandemic was over and start again,
Don't order from this company
I ordered my goods on 17th Nov, with a delivery dated of 21st December. Obviously these goods haven't arrived. Received the same email from Michelle Caballes that another reviewer received to the letter. I have raised a dispute with PayPal but if they are in administration I don't hold out much hope.
I should have looked at the reviews for this company before I bought, expensive lesson learnt.
Company has ceased trading and going into Administration.
I have been informed today 27th January that this company has failed, no longer trading and is shortly going into administration. I was told to register my repeated unsuccessful claim for refund of payment for undelivered goods (order date 9/10/20) with the Administrator. (Trust Pilot will not allow me to give the email address Jersey Trading Standards provided.)
DO NOT DELIVER GOODS
!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
Ordered in October last year and still hasn't received order!!!! I emailed after a month i placed order and i was told that stock is from US that's why there were delays. Tried to contact them again on phone, phone is not active and they do not reply to emails too..
More of the same — horror story!
Ordered October—no goods delivered, emails querying non delivery and requesting refund ignored. Automated responses requesting me NOT to leave negative reviews on internet— ??? I didn’t till now!!! — am shocked at the audacity of this and that they have continued to advertise and knowingly blatantly continued to advertise, take orders and cash in the full knowledge that they have no intention of fulfilling their obligations.
Company has gone into administration
Update on recent post....
I have received an answer from Jersey Trading Standards:
Thank you for your email regarding the non-delivery of your order from Health Monthly.
Yesterday afternoon I received confirmation from the company that they have been forced to go into administration. I have been informed that administrators have been appointed and information will be posted on the company website in the next few days.
If there are problems receiving your refund I would advise you contact your bank and request a Chargeback to your account if you paid with your debit card, if you paid with your credit card you will need to contact your card provider.
Please read the attached fact sheet with information regarding Chargeback or claiming monies back through your credit card provider.
Health Monthly "winding up"
I have been waiting for my order for almost 3 months now and, in response to my emails, have received only generic emails from Health Monthly. However, I have just received an email which advises "you may be aware, Grant Thornton have been engaged by the sole Director of Authentic Produce Limited (“the Company”) to assist with its winding up". Having looked on the internet, I have discovered that Authentic Produce Limited are Health Monthly and I'm hoping that I will be refunded for the products I have paid for but haven't been sent.
The rating would have been zero
The rating would have been zero, if possible. My order was placed on 13 October and allegedly dispatched on 29 October. Despite reassurances that it had been dispatched, and a request for me to be patient, it has still not arrived, and presumably never will as they are in liquidation. My last email has not been responded to, and probably won’t be, and I have not been informed of the liquidation. How do I register an interest in obtaining anything from the assets, as I am an OAP, and cannot afford to lose £52.
In administration
Well now we know. Health Monthly have gone into administration with Grant Thornton acting for the company. After reading some of the other reviews, I realise I am one of the (lucky) one that is not owed a lot of money (£20) so I will not be pursuing a claim as they will only pay out a small %, Lucky if it is 10% as the administrators make sure they get their full fee before any one else after Tax etc.
Two orders, two problems
This is the second time I’ve had problems with this company. The first time I was charged a significant amount of customs duties from what is supposed to be a uk company. Eventually that was sorted.
This time I ordered some vitamins on October 25 and eventually was told that delivery was to be December 21 but have still not received anything despite several emails.
I would not recommend this company as it appears I’m one of many to be having problems.
Company is liquidating!
They've always been five stars from me. Cheap, quick delivery and a good range.
However, I have just received a letter as a customer with an unfulfilled order, telling me that they are winding up with details of how to get in touch. I ordered ages ago and nothing came.
Strangely, the stuff I ordered afterwards (with a huge discount due to its going out of date, arrived from America, in dribs and drabs and was brand new. Not really sure what happened to the company but the recent reviews show that it wasn't it's old self - possibly not unlinked to this past year of lockdown. Who knows.
I ordered 20th Oct 2020 not received
I ordered items for over £52 on the 20th Oct 2020, as a pensioner its a lot of money and we have not received the item. I have text them regularly but only get automated email replies. As soon as I asked for a refund late December I had a dispatch notice.
Don’t buy from them, you won’t get your goods.
It is now 8th Feb still no delivery
14th March I have to finally say goodbye to my money.
I wish I had payed with paypal.
product not delivered
odred placed on 15th of november. still not delivered
