Dereliction of duty
This company has advertised that we offer a discount that our business never signed up to. Furthermore, when trying to contact them there are no contact details available, only the instruction to register, upon which you can access their help desk, however, when you try to register, an uncaught error is thrown by faulty code, and you cannot complete the process.
Terrible
Terrible, waste of money, take advantage of NHS workers. Do not use it. Made the mistake of signing up to obtain a discount on a family day out and they just keep asking me to pay over and over again. Don't get conned like I did.
Dr. Matthew Wilson rips-off NHS workers. SCAM
I have been a member for 5 years as I work for the NHS and accrued £64.64p in cashback. When I submitted a helpdesk enquiry to ask for this to be paid to me, they first said they had paid it, but now they no longer reply to any of my helpdesk requests. It is run by someone called Dr. Matthew Wilson, who answers the helpdesk requests and is also listed as the director on company house. This company is basically ripping off hard working government employees to line their pockets. I will be telling my colleagues at work and in the NHS not to use this company. I would give it ZERO or a negative star-rating if I could. Avoid signing up.
Avoid
Don't confuse this Health Staff Discounts company with Health Service Discounts. Health Service Discounts is an excellent organisation but this company, Health Staff Discounts seems to offer nothing except to purchase their discount card.

Spamming me from nowhere with sketchy deals. Where did they get my details because they are in breach of gdpr.
SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT!
this is a ghost company. You pay for a service and nobody gets back to you. Using key workers to run a scam is absolutely shocking
They took over £100 from me without my…
They took over £100 from me without my permission. I previously requested to cancel ALL future payments, yet they still took money from me. I'm now in dispute with PyaPal, who assure me I'll get my money back, and if that fails, I'll get a chargeback from my card issuer. AVOID!!!!
Waste of time & money
Waste of time & money.
Terrible customer service - literally non existent.
I contacted them last year to cancel and got refund and they have just charged me again and surprise, they do not come back to you.
For people who cannot get through to them - you can log into your paypal account and cancel any future payments.
You would be better of advertising with Google Adwords and actually get something in return.
Fake I am advertiser
Fake I am advertiser , i have never had anyone us emy code in 3 years and cannot cancel Paypal payment SCAM
Thay have my business down has offering…
Thay have my business down has offering a discount- I did not authourise my business to be on the website and do not offer discounts - there is no way of contacting this company unless you register with them
Therefore health staff will think we offer discounts and we have no way of removing our business as I do not want to register with them if they have already listed my company without my permission . I have tried to email with the email listed on trust pilot but just get an email back saying undeliverable
Fraud - they just want money off you
Finally got a response after chasing for 2 years and they refuse to change anything on your account unless you pay them. Meaning our offering is out of date and incorrect as well as some of the info just wrong from the start.
Direct quote: "To access the level of admin support you're seeking, an account upgrade is needed."
Just want your money with nothing in return, should not be affiliated with NHS - go through blue light card holders website.
Complete and utter rip off! AVOID!!
Complete and utter rip off. Don’t believe the £5 cash back so the card only costs 95p because you have to earn £25 before you can withdraw meaning you’d have to spend literally thousands of pounds to earn the cash back. I’ll do what I can to ensure my NHS colleagues know not to be fooled by this shameful company stealing money from hardworking NHS staff.
This is a scam company to defraud…
This is a scam company to defraud membership fees from small businesses. Once I signed up for it I had a phone call asking to pay for leads on jobs they could supply. The man's voice was instantly recognisable as a Liverpudlian accent who I have had dealings with in the past regarding other scam job leads. Luckily I've not handed over any money for these false leads but please beware of this, it's just a new take on a long line of scams for this scummy organisation. All aimed at small businesses when they are trying to generate extra work in difficult times.

NHS staff should stay clear of Health Staff Discounts
Trying to get my business account deleted, but near impossible. There's no way to contact them. Except their FAQs state you can pay them to assist. NHS staff should stay clear of the company. Seems they are simply scamming genuine businesses. Will have to try trading standards or something.
Total con they wanted £60 to help us…
Total con they wanted £60 to help us get on and supply the NHS don’t pay them there raking in money with no work to give use use your local business pages or put on social media what use can do to help the NHS at no cost they should be ashamed trying to take in money why not had it over to the NHS now
A complete scam
A complete scam, paid to sign up and have had nothing off them but fake junk emails.
Fraud company
I signed up with this company 4 years ago and never got a single contract or none so ever contacted me. So I cancelled the agreement yet this company took money out of my account. I will report this to my bank to recover and also wish to report them for the fraud.
