Ordered 2.2.24 and it states 14-21 days for delivery which worked well for a member of our small team was leaving and ordered a new jacket for her new job. I contacted 23.2.24 and the very sarcastic message I received was basically saying it takes 14-21 working days and not actual days so be patient and they haven’t gone out the time. Ok I thought didn’t need to be so rude and that I have already paid I would like to know, again they said wait. I emailed 5.3.24 so technically 23 days and now they don’t know where or when my order will be dispatched as they are waiting for it to be checked to be sent???? Now they have messed up and not giving me a date. My friend is leaving this Friday without a gift and I am now made to look unprepared and not bothered to get. My friend and colleague a gift. I’m very disappointed and to be frank annoyed that they were rude to me even asking when it would be delivered haha. Don’t go there. They’re are plenty of better company’s out there how will deliver and keep you updated.

I ordered just one fleece for a present for my daughter for Christmas. Ordered in November 2023 and its now March 2024 and I have still not received it!!! Sent numerous emails and they just keep replying saying its in Quality control. I just cannot believe it. They have said because its personalised I cannot get a refund. Just a shocking service!!!!! Now reporting to trading standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

Like many others I would advise to avoid using this company, ordered a personalised fleece early December and still waiting. Have just emailed them for a refund but looking at other reviews I dont hold out much hope so will be reporting to trading standards if I dont receive a refund. Have emailed them twice in the past week and no reply plus you cannot get through on the phone, total SCAM.

Ordered in December and have not received my order. A lot of people have had the same issue. Communication is awful and item doesn’t arrive.

Absolutely DO NOT order from this company!!! I made an order early September 2023, for ONE jacket! It’s not March 2024 and I still haven’t received my 1 jacket???? Absolutely shocking. Been refused a refund time and time again yet the company STILL can’t tell me when my order will be dispatched? Not that I want the order anymore I certainly don’t. But I would AVOID this company at all costs unless you want to be ripped off!!!!

ordered 2 fleeces as an NHS worker back in November 2023, clearly stated on the website when ordering 14-21 day turn around. I have still not received any communication or my order and am beginning to think I have been scammed and it isn’t going to turn up at all. I have sent multiple chasing emails and have received replies from Amy who is great at replying however can never give me a time frame or update on my order, just sends me the same reply every time.
After reading other reviews on here it seems this is a reoccurring issue, I am really disappointed and hope that I eventually receive my order, however I would not recommend wasting your time and money ordering from this business.

Do not order from this company they are advertising goods and a service they do not deliver. Order placed November 2023 in time for a Christmas present still not received as of 25th February 2024. Never receive anything from the company in way of explanation unless you are chasing. Unable to receive a refund as stated in T&C. Sending to trading standards

Finally received my order after 6 MONTHS!!!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Awful. Wish I'd seen reviews! Ordered 6 weeks ago and apparently it's still not been dispatched. Why do they keep letting people order if they can't meet demands? I've asked for a refund.

Would rate 0 if possible. Ordered 1 fleece at start of nov having been told 14-21 day turn around. Now end of feb and still no fleece. Have asked for complaint process and been told there isn’t one as it’s a small company. Refusing to give refund as they have said it has been personalised but waiting to be checked. This has been the case for ages and still not fleece. Surely this can’t be legal? Avoid at all costs. If anyone finds a way to report this higher and get a refund please share it.

Would rate the company Zero if possible. I placed an order 25/9/23 and still today have not recieved the item. I have communicated with this company repeatedly. Amy is great at replying to emails with no solid information or time frame. I was told the order was being processed ready for dispatch ion November and still no further forward.
Avoid at all costs.

Well after nearly 7 months of waiting it has finally arrived! Should not have to wait that long for an order! Very poor service!

Absolutely shocking. Been waiting 8 weeks for one hoodie and still no sign of it. Avoid

EDIT: fleece arrived today after 4 months But I think that's because I went via my bank for a CHARGEBACK. If you have used your card to pay for the fleece please contact your bank and ask for a chargeback. The actual fleece that arrived is thin and cheap quality. Won't keep me warm!

I would actually give zero stars if I was able.
I ordered a fleece at the start of November. Its February and I still have no fleece. I have emailed them and I get told they have an issue with the quality control department or something. I have contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau who have confirmed that even though the item is personalised I can actually request a refund as they have not adhered to their contract. But they are refusing that.
I so wish I had researched and found these reviews before ordering.

Wish like everyone else I’d read the reviews the first time I didn’t and get scammed. I ordered 27th Dec and apparently my order is still with quality control 3 weeks after I should have received it!!!

Luckily my bank refunded me straight away so Amy or whoever you are they are on to you.

They are fraudsters.
I placed an order in September 2023, and it still has not been delivered. I wrote to them in December and was told that the items are still in production. The company is a total scam.

If I could rate this company with negative stars, I would - I ordered in AUGUST 2023 and still not received and refused any refund. They send a monthly patronising email thanking me for my cooperation and that "good news" my fleece is now in production. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE
