I just didn’t work for me, I was so hopeful to, staff have been really good and helpful

I have recently started using this product, initially to increase magnesium intake but was interested in how it could help me reduce my alcohol intake; I wasn’t convinced. But since taking this I now crave this drink in cold water, it’s sweet and refreshing and has minimised my ‘want’ for an alcoholic drink. Very impressed

Am trying to get a good balance without using pharmaceuticals. Chronic fatigue is a syndrome, I.e. they, medical profession, don’t understand it. I have to live with it but want to work with my body and not just treat the symptoms. I am hoping this will help balance my body. See what the next 6 months does.

I was a customer for some time, but I cancelled my subscription and all future orders.

Despite my cancellation, you still sent me an order. I let that go as I assumed it was a genuine mistake. However, I have now discovered that, a month later, you have somehow charged me £29 through Shop/Shopify, despite my subscription having been cancelled.

This is completely unacceptable. I have already emailed you about this issue, yet no one has responded. The lack of communication and the unauthorised charge are extremely disappointing.

I expect an immediate full refund of the £29 and a clear explanation as to how this charge was processed after my cancellation. I also expect a formal apology for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through my payment provider and the appropriate consumer protection channels.

I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation that my refund has been processed.

I was recommended to Healthy Metal by my former insomniac sister inlaw who is a true fan. She was adamant about how since enjoying her nightly Healthy Metal drink she had been experiencing deeper and better quality sleeps.

I decided to give it a try using sachets she gave to me. Well, my scepticism soon disappeared once I too noticed that my sleeping pattern was longer and I was no longer lying awake with whirring thoughts keeping me from dropping off!

The lemony raspberry flavour is delicious too! I enjoy mine with tonic water and ice and a slice.

I tried the free 5 days and the impact was enough for me to purchase one month’s supply - some of which my son has taken to ‘borrowing’! He recognises a deeper and better quality sleep.

I have slept poorly for a long long time - since becoming a mum 29 years ago - and I feel that with Healthy Metal my body is less restless and I don’t have to get up for the bathroom so frequently.

I can’t believe how much difference taking this at night has made to my sleep and leg cramps . I would totally recommend this .

Doesn't make any difference to my sleep for falling asleep sleep.
Used for 3 weeks

Taking the powder for an extended trial period actually increased my sleep problems….I did still fall asleep fairly easily-as I had already been doing -but I was waking up every 2 hours until 4 o’clock after which I often could not get back to sleep.
I also found the powdered drink fairly unpleasant,. It sadly reminded me of the prep for a colonoscopy-even though I tried various permutations from fizzy water, to hot drink to adding honey.
So, not for me, sadly.

I have only used 4 drinks so far. The drink is lovely and I have had no problems. Currently my life is chaotic so remembering to take one in the evening is my only problem. I personally would like to have them in the afternoon but not sure if this would benefit me? Signed up for the initial 12 so will keep taking them..,, when I remember! Hopeful that I will find the benefit if only I could be consistent in the use!

Wasn’t sleeping well, tried everything, even drink but it didn’t work, bought a box and started it when I was away training, strange place and not my own bed, thought it was a fluke the first couple of days then for the rest of the two weeks I slept through every night. I’ve not looked back. Try them if you are not sure. You will love them. I’m waiting for the mango and pineapple box to arrive but the tart lemon and raspberry is lovely too. I’m getting a bit older now and need my sleep. Thank you.

Easy ordering. I’ve had the 5 day offer plus another 7. I’ve taken it as a warm drink with a spoonful of honey at night and found it a very pleasant drink.
I have had some really good night’s sleep. Also I’m feeling livelier during the day, although this could be partly due to the lessening of the heatwave. I will certainly use again.

Very happy but considering a change of flavour

I orderded 12 night trial. Lemon & raspberry was really nice, but couldn't taste the raspberry. Had mine with cold water. Refreshing. Seemed to help with cramps. Wanted to try another 12 nights before committing g but couldn't order another 12 night trial. Saw the Mango 🥭 & pineapple 🍍 on offer, got two lots of 12 nights. Taste is not to my liking. I agree with another review, it tastes far too sweet & sickly & somehow weaker. If I can get another 12 nights Lemon I will try it again. P.s. Didn't upset my stomach at all, unless some other magnesium tablets......

I have Motor Neurone Disease and had problems staying asleep, and muscle cramps.
I tried a free sample, and was totally amazed at the results, so have started taking one a night now.
I still wake up, but fall asleep so quickly again. Cramps have reduced also.
I can't comment on the taste, because I pump it straight into my stomach!
Delivery is simple, and special offers pop up every now and then..

I purchased a trial pack of twelve, hoping it might help with my stress level during a house move. Unfortunately, I can’t bear the taste - it’s like a really bitter Lemsip and made me feel like gagging. It made no difference to my sleep or mood.
I only managed to stomach it for three nights before giving up and binning it.
The three stars are for the delivery - well packaged and on time, but the product itself gets no stars from me. Sorry!

I have been taking for over a month now and certainly have an improved sleep pattern ..I sleep more soundly ( not wakened by husbands snoring 💤) and if have to get up during night fall back asleep quickly only usually once now ..big improvement ..love the flavour hot or cold and about to try new tropical flavour when it arrives
