I ordered the colour changing foundation, foolishly without reading the reviews first. Within minutes of placing the order I contacted them to cancel, they ignored my request and shipped it anyway. I would never buy a beauty product that is not cruelty free. The company advertise that it is not tested on animals. Despite numerous emails requesting information on the country of manufacture they refused to disclose it. IT IS MADE IN CHINA WHERE ANIMAL TESTING IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL BEAUTY PRODUCTS!!! I have contacted my credit card company for a full refund. This is false advertising at its' best. I'm absolutely furious....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered on 10 November and still waiting for my order.

Recently bought colour changing foundation. It's really not working at all. Looking at the Instagram videos I ordered. After long wait I received it but it's just a cream. Not changing or anything.
Not worth at all. Absolutely not happy. And return is another issue.

Scam, sent cheap & nasty ear phones, when I ordered translate head phones. They off me a £4 refund to keep them, says it’s too costly to return them.

Bought some "EELHOE colour changing mature foundation"....!!!!! ....So it's just a thin white greasy cream that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Total waste of MONEY.......
JUST NOTED THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS SAME PRODUCT ON HERE.WHY ISN'T SOMBODY STOPPING THESE THIEVIES!!!!???

I ordered a key hairdryer key fob as a present for my hairdresser via Facebook it was in a pretty little box with some nice words on it what I received three weeks later was a small black empty box. Absolutely disgusting way of treating people. SCAM

Shame one can't give 0 stars. Had I known products on this website were coming from China i would never have ordered it. I thought was a UK based company given contact details show they are based in Wales with a mobile number and when you call it you cannot speak to a human!
I ordered a simple leather bookmark on 13th October and it was supposedly sent out on 14th October. My tracking info showed it was coming from the US and as at 10th November where it says it's in the UK i still haven't received it. I contacted the company to be sent an email with a different tracking number that showed it was being sent from China!! From that tracking it seems only sent out on 10th November and since yesterday is supposedly in transit but arrived at LHR on 17th November, with a local courier on 19th November and from 26th November it's now in Ireland! I mean really? Their supposed customer service tells me 'to be patient' and that it is on its way but they are incapable of telling me why i received two different tracking details. The website is owned by Landbase Trading and of course they are chinese, one Director in China and the other who was maybe resident in the UK resigned in January of this year. The telephone number on their website doesn't work.

Anyone's guess whether will actually receive it. I have requested a refund which I very much doubt will receive. Thank goodness I didn't spend much money.

Fraudulent company offering products by other companies, using their marketing, and then sending completely different products. Like lots of other people on here, I ordered the colour changing foundation cream and was sent a plain white cream full of toxic metals and ingredients, I complained and was offered a small partial refund and tried to put me off by stating I am liable for the return to China. Don’t buy anything from these people they are defrauding people.

Placed an 24 Oct 2024, was overcharged at the beginning complained and received the refund of the overcharge, kept track of the parcel with link provided checked on the 12th Nov stated on way to UK - reached out to company to ask when likely to receive was advised item had been delivered on 9th Nov, not sure how that was possible as tracking said 12th Nov, queries with firm over past week - will not give a refund, or replacement products will even though did not receive items DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

I'm in the UK, saw an ad on Facebook, and went to the companies site independently via my browser. I did not know it was based in the USA, nor did i Think to check reviews beforehand. I have not got my orders as yet but placed 2 in short succession and noticed after the second that I was being charged more than the cart stated when I put it through Paypal. I deduced that it may be the VAT added afterward. £16.78 went to £20.14 and £14.68 went to £17.62 so both equal 20% more. It was very sneaky billing as no where was it obvious that these prices are non-VAT added prices. That also means any discount codes are not applied to the full amount. I suggest you enter into purchases knowing this. On the plus side there is no postage charge so I've written off the extra £6.30 I spent as covering the equivalent carriage charges but I do hope the goods are not shoddy as well as the consumer practice.

Absolutely awful customer service and product I ordered an item it was not as shown in the advertisement I asked to return for full refund they refused return and offered me £1 as a goodwill gesture totally insulting.

I had the products and it was just cream not foundation, I asked them if I could return and refund and they just kept saying thankyou for your understanding. Very strange! Don’t waste your money!

Terrible product. Makeup foundation definitely not as advertised it’s like a very poor quality cream. I would advise not to use. Customer service states they are there to help keep saying to return it came be costly- yet won’t confirm return address. And have offered a £4 refund which isn’t even half of what I paid and haven’t elaborated as to how they justify that. I would be very sceptical if you choose to shop there. Be prepared for low quality.

I bought the colour changing foundation cream from Healthy-Trip on Instagram, in good faith but to my disappointment it didn't work... at all. The product just acted like skin cream with absolutely no evidence of my skin becoming/looking "flawless" as was stated in the description. The cream did not change/blend/adjust to the skin tone at all! What a joke and a waste of my money. This is not the first time using a product by 'Eelhoe' which I've been disappointed with. The advert hides this name, which I believe is an underhand practice. The product lists the ingredients and starts with Titanium Dioxide and ends with "etc", what the heck? It's as though they couldn't be bothered to print the full list of ingredients, which is worrying. This is pure nonsense and surely breaches trading standards!! Sold by Healthy-trips.co.uk. I would not recommend buying anything from this company!

Ordered pack tarot cards quality quite cheap unable to read some of the quotes also no instructions. Unable to use as the gift intended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They over charge you. After over charging and you ask to cancel the order they refuse. They say wait for your item to arrive and customer services will help you. THEY DO NOT!
They have zero interest in customer service, they just want your money and more that they invoices you! I have been arguing for 3 weeks now and still not got my money back. Probably never will.

Total scammers. When I ordered the item they charged me more than the check out price. Then when I received the item it was defective and they will not issue a refund unless I return it to China at my own expense. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered, never arrived and no refund offered as they kept insisting it was delivered. Not to me it wasn't. And couldn't provide proof if delivery.
Kept making excuses telling me to check with friends, neighbours, royal mail, cctv
my porch, my letterbox. It did not arrive! Yodel were the delivery couriers who said ro take it up with the suppliers. The suppliers say its delivered. Just going in circles. Not getting anywhere with PayPal either.
Would avoid. Most likely been scammed.

I was charged more than it was on the invoice and in the confirmation email they sent me!

on Nov 21st I received the items - poor quality fabric, very loose in the front, not a good fit

Wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased. Avoid buying from these people..I purchased a side fastening bra advertised for £8.99, as I was finishing with the purchase the price suddenly went up to £13.25…I tried cancelling before finalising the purchase but there was nothing I could do about it. I checked my bank account and saw they’d actually taken £15.90 from my account!! I phoned my bank as I hadn’t authorised this transaction but was told to email them first to see to see if they would return my money. I did this but never received a response. The bra arrived today and it’s so poorly made. It doesn’t fit and there’s only one place it is fit for…the bin!!
Please don’t get caught out like I did.
