Much better than most lower cost matcha teas
After hearing about the benefits of matcha, I decided to try it out. I am lead architect on a multi-million dollar computer system implementation, and I was looking for a way to boost my energy and concentration to help me with my work. I have found that this product actually does that. I find myself with more energy - and a stable energy, not the manic type that comes from drinking an energy drink. I am also able to focus and concentrate more during meetings. It is hard to describe, but I literally feel sharper. My mind wanders less.
As others have pointed out, I believe this matcha is so inexpensive because it isn't "ceremonial grade", which means it has an ugly color. It is true it is an unattractive dull green. However, my experiences tell me this does not affect the product's effects.
This is a great product at a great price.
