Great hearing aids. Remote hearing test and follow-up throughout the 45 day trial were competent, easy, effective, and invaluable. Modern technology has improved hearing aids immensely, yet these are more affordable.

Dr. NICK was extremely patient and helpful with me as my original hearing aids were not exactly what I wanted or needed and he was able to prescribe the Phonak at Hearing Aids which are absolutely wonderful and they seamlessly connect to my television through Bluetooth. It makes watching TV so much more enjoyable.

Everyone who I have interactive with had been very helpful and have listened to me if I have had an issue with my hearing aides. So far the hearing aides have performed great I enjoying wearing them everywhere I go. It is so nice to be able to go in a restaurant and be able to have a conversation with the people at the table without the noise around you being a distraction.

Every contact I had with each agent was professional. The process of doing the ear testing at home was helpful. The equipment was superior to other hearing tests I had years ago when I had to go to the doctor's office. Very thorough.

Excellent, prompt, responsive service and a superb product. Only one suggestion for first time in-canal hearing aid wearers. I would recommend custom molds for the aid cups. I wasn't sure how deep and secure the hearing aids had to be for a perfect fit. Once I had the molds made and the aids placed in my ears, I knew exactly how they should fit and feel. That's all!

I have worn hearing aids for over 35 years and replaced them every 3-4 years as I wanted the most recent technology. So I was sceptical after watching the Horizon ads. But with a 45 day trial what did I have to lose. I wanted to try aids with two chips. The clinic in a box was a surprise but it worked out very well when a clinician arrived and administered a hearing test and then adjusted the aids to my deficiencies. I had a follow-up visit a couple of weeks later. My 45 day trial ended a few days ago and I can say with confidence that these are best hearing aids I have ever tried. Never once thought about returning them!

Greetings! I had an experience today, just like another one in November 2025---I could not understand the one speaking directly to me. In November, I was frustrated and finally agreed to accept the offer of no risk trial from Hear.com---after many text messages.
Everything went well---audiologists top notch and customer prior to the D-Day of acceptance better than average.
But, In my opinion, and perhaps others are embarrass as I was---but I fell for it. IN MY OPINION, there is a trap. Well before a decision needed to be made, I received a billing from their bank resource and they indicated they know nothing about the fact I'm in a trial period. Supposedly, I was signing to allow them to do a credit check, which is reasonable. No---I was signing up for three years for a hearing aid, a little better but not $5000 plus better. I have made my second payment---and disappointed in myself to have allowed myself to be taken advantage of---nothing illegal, but certainly I question the ethical foundation of what they said "that's the way we do it" I should have ended everything at that point. I did not---every payment will remind me---and after the fact we have discussed this with them---that they are putting the cart before the horse. My deadline came and went---without their normal on top of you customer service.
Today---same frustration---cannot hear to understand. As the audiologists said: My expectations are much to high---

After doing a little research, I called the company and discussed the product and trial period being offered. The product arrived on time, testing/fitting appointment was setup and the trial period began. My contact person kept in touch and progress notes were kept until the trial period ended. The product worked better than I expected and my family has noticed the improvement as well. I have been pleasantly surprised from start to finish and continue to experience improved hearing results just as my contact person said I would.
This is one of very few on line experiences that been so positive. Thanks for the opportunity to share the Great results that I have experienced.
