Been a week and a half and no receiver…

Been a week and a half and no receiver yet. Ordered on a Monday at 9:30 AM. Web site says shipped that day if ordered before 10:00 AM. Out of stock should not be an excuse because web site said "3 in stock". I do not think it was shipped until Friday since I received a notice that day. In any event I do not have the ordered receiver. I need the receiver since I have only one working hearing aid.

Edit: Package finally came in. Package crushed but fortunately receiver not damaged. My problem is that the product was not shipped until 4 days after ordered and paid, even though web site said shipping same day if ordered by 10:00 AM, which it was. Date on package confirmed that it shipped 4 days after order date. As mentioned, "out of stock" is not a valid excuse because web site showed 3 in stock. The same day shipping is why I ordered from HEARCAREDIRECT. Very poor service!

Warning

I ordered a receiver for my husband's hearing aid. The price was good, which should have alerted me. It took awhile for it to come, then I realized it was from overseas. Warning ,when it came it was in a paper envelope the small receiver box had been crushed a little sideways. They refuse to let me exchange saying I opened the package which I DID NOT OPEN. Not sure if it is in a bag/ sleeve inside which it should be. But it has not been out of the box.
This is the first time I have had to give a bad review. The one star is for the price that was the only good thing about this experience.
