The receiver for Phonak hearing aid arrived OK and was obviously cheaper than genuine OE unit from Boots but the little plastic tail that holds it in place in the ear was shorter and stiffer than the original and most uncomfortable the only solution was to remove the one from my old receiver and use that.

I have been a proud hearing aid user for the last two years but when I saw Rose Ayling-Ellis bling up her hearing aids for her Paso on Strictly I started looking for something similar.

I ordered the Deaf Metal star earrings and I LOVE them!!!!! The idea is genius and the holster on the hearing aid is so clever, because it’s made from silicone it can stretch over most heating aids. You could probably hang any charm from it as well with the right clasp fitting. I only wear one as they are a bit too expensive for two. But I think two is a bit over kill anyway so I was happy with wearing one. The earrings also act as a safety chain as well, particularly with wearing masks if my hearing aid is pulled off for any reason it won’t drop on the floor as it’s secured in my ear lobe by the stud. Only wish there were even more designs to chose from, but I will definitely be buying more to match outfits for going out or just to work! More products like this please!!!!

Product exactly as expected and it’s so good to know that you are there. I have found it very difficult to get these vital accessories from the NHS audiology service (owing to the pressures they are under due to Covid no doubt.) Realising I can get these products from you is very reassuring.
Postage took longer than expected, but I suspect you can’t do anything about that.

Had a slight issue with the order as it had not arrived so I email and got a very nice reply back straight away saying that they were sorry and would resend order, they did and it came 2 days later. What a great service and will be using them again.

The web site suggested I was ordering 8 disks and I only received 1 disk with 8 filters. This needs to be made clearer on the web site
