Met Rahim for the first time for wax removal after several ear problems over the last few weeks. He explained everything he was going to do and even got to view my own ear on the screen. Very friendly and made me feel at ease with the procedure. Easy to find with clear signage outside.

We’re really happy with the service we received. I contacted Rahim regarding my teenage son on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to fit him in within 24 hours. The whole wax removal process was calm and relaxed and his ears were cleared within minutes. My son was shocked with how much clearer his hearing was and the stubborn wax was no more so thank you!

Very easy to book, very quick appointment within 2 days of booking. On arrival I was met by Rahim and he showed me to his studio.
The studio is spotlessly clean, Rahim examined my ears and explained the procedure. My right ear was worse than the left ear, but with gentle suction removed the offending wax.
Video pictures of before and after showed me the wax had been removed. Very professional and reassuring and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Rahim to anyone who has ear problems.

Contacted Hearing Health hub on Saturday morning about wax removal having had two failed attempts with specsavers; I got a very fast response, booked in for Monday afternoon and I can now hear again! Consultation was professional, quick, fuss free and effective. Parking is just outside the gate and there is a lovely dog present at all times - if either of those are an issue with you then maybe look elsewhere but I cannot recommend enough, I will definitely be back in the future!

Facilities are clean and modern, located on a beautiful property. The ear wax removal was mostly painless and was a very quick process, only taking a few minutes. Additionally, Rahim was very professional and informative. Would 100% recommend their services.

Visited the hearinghealthhub on two occasions over consecutive weeks. Many years of build up removed effortlessly on the second visit following a week of ear drops. My second visit to the Hearing Health Hub for ear wax removal. Rahim worked quickly and effortlessly to remove the wax. One ear was worse than the other and caused me slight discomfort as he removed the stuborn wax. However, the whole proceedure was totally painless and lasted just a minute or so. I highly recommed the Hearing Health Hub. Its easy to find and there is free parking directly outside the property.

Rahim was recommended to me by my daughter as she had visited Hearing Health Hub last year when she had a blocked ear. Rahim was very welcoming, examined both ears, explaining what the issue was in the blocked ear. He treated both ears, unblocking my ear and clearing some dry skin from the other ear. I have already recommended Rahim to my nephew.

Rahim was friendly and professional. The wax build up in my ears was thoroughly removed and my hearing is fully restored This is my second visit and i’m sure to be back again in the future.

Emailed whilst on holiday and got quick response and booked an appointment online for the day I got back. Was suffering with "swimmers ear" whilst snorkling.

Arrived early for appointment, so sat outside and was seen promptly and first stage was investigation to see ear wax which i could view on monitor ... both my ears had lots of ear wax ...

Second stage using the micro suction equipment quickly sucked out all the ear wax from both ears. Mine was easier as already used ear drops to soften the ear wax.

10 minutes later leaving with all wax removed, feeling much better.

Absolutely amazing! Was very please how quick and easy it was getting a booking, and to see the results of my ears before and after was outstanding, despite one side being stubborn, Rahim did his absolute best and cleared my ears, he’s a great chap, really polite and professional, kept asking if i was okay throughout! I highly recommend! If you’re having issues with your ears, Rahim is the man to get in touch with!

Unblocked my ear for £50, and my hearing is good as new.
