Koorosh Nejad is a nice man, he did a good job with microsuction, but did not provide particularly caring service, given my hypersensitivity to pain, neurodivergence, and experience of childhood ear trauma. He thought it was OK to shame me, saying kids handle it better than me. Every person's experience is different, so being told my right ear was not hurting when it was, felt wrong.

Ordered on Friday delivered following Thursday, others quoting two weeks.
An online appointment that morning to fine tune. So far very happy with all aspects.

Koorosh is very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. He is also lovely and calm, he didn’t rush and was very careful, so although having my ears microsuctioned felt a bit weird, it wasn’t uncomfortable. It took a couple of visits to get them completely cleared (both included in the price).

Excellent care and service from Mr. Kooresh of Hidden Hearing. I did not feel rushed and I appreciated the time taken to explain the various features of the hearing aids. The fitting of the aids when they arrived went smoothly. The level of technology available to people with hearing loss is really impressive and I am glad I choose Hearing Now for my new hearing aids.

First, the hearing aids here are much more affordable compared to other places.

Nejad is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and has a warm, bubbly personality, I felt completely confident in his expertise.

Great quick service and general advice

Kooroosh was super efficient, friendly and it’s such a relief to have a fully functioning ear again (wax removal)! I was in and out of the building within about 10 minutes including brief waiting time.
